Please beware I ordered goods from this website what a nightmare there website is a total misrepresentation I have tried to cancel with no luck It is now day fifteen days goods still have not arrived It is not London based but goods made in china I am not sure how trading standards haven't closed them down Please don't waste your money this company are scammers beware

I ordered a dress thinking it was from Marks and Spencer. It was early in the morning and I must have misread the company's name. After I realised my mistake I checked the reviews on Trustpilot and was appalled. I have now received the dress, and yes, the material is fairly cheap, although I am a size 10, it is tight around the chest. Surprisingly there is a zip on the side but it is well concealed when zipped up. However, the dress is wearable so not too disappointed.

If I could score zero I would. This company is a total scam. Report themselves as a family London company but are in Asia. Bought 2 pairs of shoes that took weeks to arrive and do not resemble those on the website. Poor quality materials. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Only because I have to click on one I ordered a blouse and got a T-shirt It’s a real eye opener

SCAM! The clothes takes ages to arrive and are NOTHING like the pictures on the website, the dress was actually a joke..totally unwearable - it was a scam. Contacted them and if you want a refund you have to pay to send the garment tracked to china.

Well I am absolutely gobsmacked. After reading all the terrible reviews and getting frustrated that the ‘click here’ tracking link went to a website that didn’t exist I was kind of resigned to losing my money. I was amazed to come home today to find that the items had been delivered, were as expected and in mint condition. I am not entirely convinced the shoes are real leather (what really can you expect for £44) and I think there is a possible issue for fraud or misrepresentation because it is 100% not an English company but yet another Chinese one. Anyway, let’s see how they last.

The quality of the products is very poor. The company pretends to be based in London and to offer ‘easy’ turns. Neither is true. The company is US based and returns with a refund is not possible. I will never purchase from them again and intend to complain about this company to whatever authorities I can find. Not worth 1 star.

How is this company allowed to operate as all u c is people being conned left right and centre is anybody going to do anything about it please somebody has to step in and shut them down 4 good
