Horrible fabric, items were nothing like as shown in the photos. Not at all obvious this is a company based in China At considerable expense I have tried to return the items that now appear to be stuck in China customs - possibly due to failure of Wilson Carter to respond / collect. Now my e mails are being blocked. Appalling company .

AVOID! So stupid i didn’t check here first! Such a well-presented website, with handsome couple posing together and lots of stylish photos. HOWEVER! The dress arrived looking super cheap with loose threads and when I tried to send it back “Emily” wanted to see a photo. Which I provided. Then they offered 10% cash back. THEN when I wrote to decline, the email bounced back. Further investigation showed me that they had changed email address on website! But only slightly. I wrote again to that and then came 3 offers of various cashbacks or charges to send back. I NOW know you’ll see WHOP, Altrincham on your statement. A uk based company providing a portal. Somewhere we read that Wilson and Carter is Chinese company. I feel so stupid. Others have reported to banks. AVOID AVOID!!

Took 12 days to be delivered to the wrong address - I've still not got my item. No pictures on the delivery notes, try to log in and get an Oooops can not locate on my computer. NOT recommended

I wouldn’t even give it one star, not even half a star the company has terrible quality clothes and the worst Customer Service in the history of Customer Service services do not shop here avoid this place like it’s the plague

I have already left a review totally in line with what everyone is saying. As an update I reported the company to the UK Adverting Service Agency, who said they can’t act as the company is not actually billboard advertising, so they are classed as pop up scams. As the scam has a US HQ they put me onto the US Federal Trade Commission. It was easy to report and the more people do this the better to get these rubbish Chinese con artists. Trustpilot won’t let me leave a link but just google it

Took a long time to arrive and then was very disappointing quality! They did respond quickly when I contacted them for a returns label- not worth returning because the shipping costs were between 40% and 50%. They gave two alternatives: exchange for another item or accept 15% off. I would never use this company again.

The item purchased was shoddy and of poor quality. They said that they could replace it with anything I wanted, but I have heard no more. DO NOT PURCHASE anything from this company; they are not what they appear to be on the web. Be warned.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM ! 1.Company not based in London . 2.Clothes rubbish quality 3.Unable to return as they say you have to ship them abroad at huge cost to yourself 4.When trying to contact them to complain the email is bounced back TRADING STANDARDS PLEASE GET INVOLVED AND SHUT THIS OPERATION DOWN
