This Co. clearly do not operate from the shores of the UK. They do not comply with the standard UK returns policy. Sent me the wrong unmarked size and wanted to charge me £11:00 for replacing the top in the "correct" size.. No thank you!! I will not be using them again

I ordered 3 items as birthday presents but when they arrived they were not the quality that I was expecting to receive. I asked for a return but they refused to give me an address where I could send it. They offered me discounted refund percentage of the purchase amount or vouchers which I did not want. This is an excerpt from their message: "Hi Folasade, I'm so sorry — I've read your message and I completely understand why you're unhappy. This is not the experience we want for any of our customers, and I want to personally make sure this is resolved properly for you. Here is what I'd like to do: — Refund 10% of your order value directly back to your original payment method. No need to return the item. This will be processed as soon as you confirm. — Send you an exclusive 25% discount code valid on any future order — our way of saying we value you as a customer and want to earn back your trust." They sent me an electronic form, which I could not access. I have now completed the printable version of the form and emailed it twice yesterday but it bounced back. Please what is happening because I need my money back.
