I ordered a 3XL jacket. Unfortunately I ordered it before reading the reviews. In the end after 10 days the jacket arrived. Actually quality isn't too bad but the problem is it is woefully undersized. I tried to return for a refund and, like many reviewers found this difficult, if not impossible. However I persisted, including starting the chargeback process and before this was completed I got the refund.

I ordered a dress thinking it was from Marks and Spencer. It was early in the morning and I must have misread the company's name. After I realised my mistake I checked the reviews on Trustpilot and was appalled. I have now received the dress, and yes, the material is fairly cheap, although I am a size 10, it is tight around the chest. Surprisingly there is a zip on the side but it is well concealed when zipped up. However, the dress is wearable so not too disappointed.
