If I could give zero stars, I would. The quality of the item I received was disgraceful. The material was a very cheap nylon. The printed design had colours that were not part of the design. Red sections on a top that was blue and white. In short there were design defects. The sizing of the garment was classed as Medium but it was approx 44 inches around the chest, so miles too big. When I requested a refund they wanted to offer me 15% of what was paid, in spite of my complaints, in order to save ME paying expensive postage costs to return an item which was. I asked again for a refund and now the emails are failing to be sent. I wish there was a way to stop customers buying good from them and flagging this up before they pay.

Nice photo but cheap material, not as described. The return process equates to several emails back and forth - with offers such as 25% cashback, etc. I sent a total of 9 emails to get to this stage; I filled in the 'pdf' form by hand, scanned, sent back to them - still waiting on reply to return the £39.95 item I bought. It's like it was from Shein / Temu - the quality and fit was poor despite me measuring carefully. They're not worth your hassle; and the items are not as the pictures, please avoid and save your time and money.

Awful. Website status, money back guarantee, no hassle returns they are lying . I ordered mens shoes size 13.5/48, they sent me size 12 .. I sent photos back to show the problem but they refuse to refund, and say I will have to pay up to $60 to return ...I bought in £s. Their final offer was 20% refund. So now I have to get legal help to get my money back.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I have recently placed an order through what this company claim to be high quality garments, when the package finally arrived at my home the quality and feel of the clothing in question can only be described as cheap and nasty crap, looks nothing like what was advertised on your website, I have contacted the company directly via email thread explaining I wasn’t happy with the products I received …. To which they then started bartering a refund amount even though it states a 30 day money back guarantee on the website before purchasing ….. firstly was offered a 10% refund which in all honesty is a complete joke after multiple email back and forth they finally agreed to refund the full amount ….. I followed the steps they requested off me and sent over pictures of the received package in question only to find that the company have blocked me email and now I cannot contact them at all, I will be going through my bank to return the money taken from me But don’t buy from this company they lie and cheat there way through sales and the quality of the products are awful to say the least

Crap crap crap Totally a load of crap the garments the service I am in dispute I wished I had read the reviews a total scam and this needs to be elevated higher They have now blocked my email communications Phew

Avoid at all cost - the jacket i purchased looked nothing like the photographs, the material appeared to be made of nylon, it was thin and terribly made. The website suggests easy returns but this is not true, the email address given does not get a response, there is no telephone number.

DO NOT use this company, as they are not based in the UK. Order arrived quality was terrible, material looked like it was ordered for a child’s nativity play. Demanded a full refund was offered between 10% & 30% and they would let me keep the goods, don’t thing so…as you could see through the material and the quality was terrible obviously mass produced in a Far Eastern country. Also be aware returns are at a high customer return cost as you’re expected to return items to overseas. So the bottom line is spent £90 for two items which are rubbish and can’t return and gain 100% refund. Totally out of pocket and not happy. Update for all:- Reported this to my Bank and within two days I’d had 100% refund. So lessons learnt, check Trust Pilot first & don’t use this company.
