AVOID!!! this company is a scam.

Scam Company do not use ever, they are based in china the clothes are shabby and do not look like the pictures on line I ordered a kaftan type gown but it took forever to come and when it did it was huge I asked for a refund and address to send back but they declined and offered a 40% refund and keep the garment. I refused so they said pick something else so I stupidly did so. The item arrived wet inside the package with broken glass and the item was stained and stank. They informed me that as it was a replacement item I was not covered buy money back or replacement item I am left £40 out of pocket with a terrible quality, stained, smelly item

Absolutely disgusting that they can continue taking people's money i spent 35 pound on dungarees it took for ever to come the quality is shit the print is awful I could have done better my self and they arnt based in London I stupidly didn't look at the reviews before buying it else id have stayed away completely so good luck if you ignore all these reviews because this company and people behind the scenes should be shut down and prosecuted. Quality shit

Oh my. I just spent £165.63 with these rogues. Like so many others, I ask myself, “WHY DIDN’T I CHECK TRUSTPILOT FIRST?” I feel such a fool. I guess I have a battle on my hands.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased a beautiful looking dress with flower embroidery but received an ugly cheap item of clothing that I would never place on my skin. Customer service is offering me a 10% refund when I request they send a pre paid label to enable me to return their item and provide a 100% refund. This is yet another lnock-off Chinese shop that is conning innocent people. Stay well clear.

I ordered one dress but when it arrived it was cheap nasty and wrong size. I complained and they sent out an alternative dress I picked, which was even more uglier than the first. Stitching was really bad and it didn’t fit feel right on and had to pay more for second dress. My advice don’t waste your money or your time on this site!

Total scam. Chinese scam. You won't get anything from them

Complete scammers - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Every negative comment in these reviews is true. I read the other reviews right after placing my order (unfortunately not before), and immediately contacted my credit card company. After filling in a form to raise a dispute, my money was pretty much immediately refunded, thankfully, so that is what I would recommend to anyone who has made the mistake of ordering from these people. I was told the order couldn't be cancelled, and it arrived anyway (but I'd already been refunded). I have never seen such poor quality clothing - really just fit for the bin.
