Awful. This is NOT a London company. It is a co based in China who are white labelling cheap clothes that are available to buy on Shein. The quality is awful and resembles nothing of the pictured items is shape, fabric or colour. Their returns dept offer a 20% refund or 100% store credit (for more poor quality items - no thank you!) or you can return at your own cost - £15 to £20. Steer well clear!

I will avoid buying from Wilson and Carter, London in future. The item sent was not made of the fabric advertised on the website but was made from a cheaper, synthetic fibre. Returns are paid by the buyer and a small percentage refund was offered. Responses to email questions seemed to be AI generated and did not answer my questions specifically. A very disappointing purchase.

I ordered a dress but when I got it it was not as described. It was supposed to be made with a light cotton material but instead it was 100% viscose. I wanted to return it but I was not offered this option. They wanted me to keep the dress and offered me a 10% refund. They really didn’t want me to return the dress citing very expensive international postage costs and delays to return my money . They eventually agreed to a 20% refund without returning the dress. Three weeks later I did receive a refund. £7 instead of the value of the dress £36.

This company is NOT IN LONDON! The dress I received was absolutely not the one shown online. Poor workmanship, terrible quality. Not chiffon, not floaty. Just dreadful. I am trying to get a refund but doubt I will get one.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Clothes are not as described at all! What you do get is very poor quality and shabby I would be embarrassed to even donate to a charity shop so sadly the items have been ‘binned’ it’s Impossible to get a refund. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Ordered a jacket for a holiday and the delivery time was approx. 3 days. It eventually arrived a week after I came back. I was horrified by the fabric, cut and style, absolute rubbish. Complaints and request for a UK return address went unanswered, just $50 est. for a USA return to put customers off. factory in China. I had mistakenly used a debit card so was dubious about a refund but Barclays Bank came up with a chargeback for me which took a while but at least these crooks have not trousered this OAP's money.

This appears to be an unethical China based company that trade under different (though similar) names and whose goods are extremely poor quality and make returns extremely difficult. They then close and open a new website and start over again. I’ve found this after experiencing first hand and now trying to get my money back. Be diligent in your dealings.
