***DO NOT BUY *** from this company, i’ve just paid £50 for a jacket supposedly reduced from £90. The material is cheap and shiny, i got my usual size, it wouldn’t fit a 10 year old. I knew as soon as i got the tracking number which was for a chinese carrier that i had been duped. Wish i had read the reviews on her first… I suppose we live and learn 😔

Avoid avoid avoid!!!! Ordered 2 suits and the sizing for both suits were terrible, but it’s impossible to return the items! Offered me an exchange, then said the fulfilment centre wasn’t local and said it’s in Asia so they can’t accept the return!! They say an easy return it absolutely isn’t!

Unbelievable that they haven't had a visit from the police yet. No contact info - the email address isn't real and the product is dreadful. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Order process simple - realise now the website is a front for direct dispatch from overseas warehouse of poor quality imitation products that do not resemble what has been photographed and offered for sale. Returns & refunds process complicated and returning parcel to origin warehouse in China is made to be at cost to buyer. Avoid company at all costs!

Like other reviewers, I wish I had read Trustpilot before purchasing a dress from Wilson & Carter. Delivery took over 2 weeks and the quality and fit of the dress was appalling, made from 95% polyester and made in China. No response to emails and the company website leads you to believe that the company is based in London. Save your money!
