Appalling! I bought a product from them recently as they promoted the high quality and high standard of customer service. Not the case at all. Took a long time to arrive and when I wore shoes for the first time the quality was shocking. Very poor Chinese imports. I wrote to customer services but they have chose to ignore me completely. Not even a word of acknowledgement of my complaint. I followed up with a second message, again no response. Recommend you stay clear as they do not do what it says on the tin!!

I ordered items worth £93.00. It took too long to arrive and it arrived the quality was so poor that I didn't even tried them on. It took ages for them to respond my query for a return address. They offered me 15% cash, told me there was need for return. Never told that was an alternative to a full refund since the itens were of poor quality and i was not satisfied. It wasn't until started querying about my full refund that they told me that because I accepted the 15% cashback, I ha lost my right to a full refund, and that was final and could not be changed. I'm furious, can't believe I was scamed. I'm always so careful with online shopping. I wish I had known about the before hand. All the rubbish about hassle free return on the site ia a lie.

Wish I’d known about trustpilot before I ordered from them over three weeks ago. Still awaiting delivery for a shirt which was not inexpensive that I wanted for a particular event, now long passed. Asked for refund, told goods were in transit so nothing could be refunded. Then after chasing again, told the goods aren’t on their way but will be here soon. Three requests for immediate refund have been met with total silence. I’ve learnt a valuable lesson. Won’t buy online again. Back to the shops for me…..

I have nothing to add, see previous reviews. I just wish I had looked at the reviews before purchasing. Dreadful product. Struggled to get a refund. Customer service operated by robots!

So appalled that this company is allowed to sell this cheap, ill-fitting polyester rubbish and nothing is done about it. Trading Standards? It's website boasts easy, no-hassle returns but nothing is further from the truth. Basically they have offered 15% refund of the £93 I stupidly gave them.

Avoid at all costs, these clothes are from shein or something, well 5 of the outfits I ordered were that's for sure! My parcel arrived with rips in the bag and the clothes inside were soiled from dirt i assume the lorry or vans! The clothes were thin with threads hanging off them! I emailed immediately to returned it, but heard nothing from them, so I contacted my credit card company to complain. Wilson and carter then offered 40% off and i could keep the clothes but I have refused it! And it has now cost of £40 to return all items to china! I am now chasing for postage refund which I assume will get rejected! Next steps Report to .gov Report to citizens advice DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Don’t use this website. You don’t get a refund you get 15% of the cost you made. Cheap cheap shite too Set up to look as if there in London! Cheap cheap and no return If I could post picture of the email I have from them about a return I would post
