Absolutely the worst company I’ve dealt with in over 20 years They are not based in London but another trading out of China Ordering quick and easy plus plenty of updates. Item arrives and nothing like what was pictured on the website. The item was too big and poor quality, so I asked how I can return the item. Firstly it was no, what they’ll do is send a smaller size if I paid for postage. This was rejected, they offered a replacement FOC, again rejected as I didn’t want it. They sent a form which you can’t complete. They then offered a 40% refund saying it would cost more to return. Do not use this company they are rip off. This is the first time I’ve posted something negative about a retailer as most will resolve any issue, but this has really got under my skin.

Do not buy from this company. Their website says they are in London. Not so, they trade out of China, no actual shop in London as stated on the website. I ordered a swimsuits in plenty of time for my holiday. It was not despatched until after I needed it. Asked them to stop delivery as it was coming Evri and not Royal Mail as stated on the website. Did not receive parcel until after I had left for holiday. I did not even open the parcel, asked to return it, was refused.

Unable to get full refund - make it soo difficult & expensive that you end up giving in to them. Site should not be used. Do not be swayed by the professional looking website.

DO NOT BUY, I was scammed like everyone else. The goods are nothing like the photos, overpriced rubbish, absolutely terrible quality and they refuse to refund, after two attempts they offer 20% refund!! Trading standards need to get involved, this is surely illegal?

Absolutely dissatisfied, items arrived not even close to the website description. Return seems impossible. Never! Never buy from them anything.

Avoid this drop-shipping front – they ignore UK Consumer Law This is an overseas drop-shipping operation masquerading as a small London-based company. I received a faulty, low-quality yellow jumpsuit and immediately requested a refund. Customer service tried to dodge the return process with a partial refund offer, claiming return shipping costs were my responsibility in line with their policy. Under Section 9 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, faulty goods are a breach of contract. Per Section 20(8) of the same act, the trader must bear any reasonable costs of returning faulty goods—no UK-trading company can legally force you to pay for return shipping on defective items. When they refused to cover return shipping, I bypassed them entirely. I initiated a credit card chargeback with my photo and email evidence, which was resolved quickly. Save yourself the headache and buy elsewhere. If you have already been caught out by their tactics, do not pay for return shipping; use your credit card protection and file a chargeback instead.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I just wish I’d read the reviews on here first. What you see online is not what you get! I paid almost £50 for some shoes…the quality was diabolical! cheap and nasty and a poor mimic of the picture on their website. I have been trying to argue with them for a couple of weeks now, even sent photos of the poor design with a direct comparison ‘they are not the same shoe’ but they just keep saying they’ll only issue a 40% refund and it would cost me more to ship the return than the shoes are worth! I don’t even believe the emails are from a real person…all AI. Just shocking!!

Having ordered a waistcoat, they emailed me questioning my address. All seemed weird as my address is on the invoice they sent me by email. Concerned, I checked Trustpilot and realised I could not trust them. I cancelled the order immediately in a reply email and asked for a full refund. Since then they keep asking me confirm my address. They tell me they cannot cancel the order as it has “entered the processing stage.” I keep repeating the cancelled order and asking for my refund. Today they asked me to choose something else they sell instead of my cancelled order. I’ve checked it out and I’ll wait 30 days for them to refund me. If not, I’ll begin a CHARGEBACK process with my bank in accordance with UK banking regulations. I’ll also report them to TRADING STANDARDS. Hopefully they suddenly become righteous and fix this for all customers….. Do not buy from this company. I regret doing so.
