Extremely poor quality polyester clothing. Despite the company name and email address reassuring you they are in London they are not. Returns cost up to $60 and are so convoluted you give up. The company offers a partial refund without a return but this seems to be impossible to get despite reassurances. The company is totally misleading and clothing and shoes very poor quality. Do not use.

I can only echo the hundreds of poor reviews. This is a scam. Do not buy from them. The claims on the website of 'premium shipping' are a lie. It took 10 days while being fobbed off with meaningless drivel from a bot. 'Your parcel is in the delivery network'. I have yet to challenge the returns process but have no confidence of success

PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. YOU WILL NOT GET TO RETURN ANYTHING .. when they do finally reply to emails they’ll not do what their web site claims .. they’ll not give you a return address , it is not easy , they’ll ask for more money to send the right items. I did this . They said they haven’t received any money despite Apple Pay showing on statement . This is a rip off . Do not give them your business.

Having fallen for their advertising I ordered 3 quarter zips - 4 weeks later and I’m still waiting!! Numerous emails chasing the delivery and nothing. This is clearly a scam and fraudulent company. Steer well clear of their clever adverting and socials

Order arrived but was a much smaller size than ordered. The size on the item said what was ordered but it was nowhere close to the actual size. When emailed about this they replied saying no need to return the item, but to send £12 and the correct size would be sent. Goods came directly from China. Wish I had read the reviews on Trustpilot before ordering from this sham company which had no base in the UK, never mind London, Trading Standards need to deal with this company and others operating in the same way.

Ordered multicoloured sandals . Fit is perfect, colour as I imagined, so no complaints. Took about 3 weeks to deliver.

If I could give no star I would. They give the impression that they are a UK company but are in fact Chinese. The shoes are two size's smaller than that I ordered. The material is imitation leather and of very poor quality. I'm in the process of returning the shoes. I don't think this will be an easy trouble free procedure as their marketing literature likes to make out.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. COTHING IS RUBBISH. You will never get a refund. I think it is terrible that they cannot be stopped. All their responses are generatedby AI. They will mess you around until you give up, as I am now about to do after 36 emails about returns and refunds. It's criminal!
