This was not even a one star experience, but there isn't an option for zero stars. An appalling experience, do not go near this company! Despite the fancy website, it is unlikely that this is a UK based company. Clothing items of poor quality, customer service is non-existent. The website claims ‘easy and hassle-free returns’ but after multiple requests on how to return an item for a refund I have finally given up. Several weeks later, I have not even received the courtesy of a response from the company.

Worst online shopping experience ever. I should have checked for reviews before making a purchase with them. Poor quality items and they screw you out of returns and refunds. Never ever again

Ordered a pair of shoes back in July and am still waiting for them. They say they their courier says delivered. I spoke to evri who admit leaving them outside when I was away. Apparently Wilson and carter think that’s my problem. Customer service is a waste of time, there is none. Still unresolved. Please please do not use this company.

I waited ages for a dress that looked beautiful on the website and then when it arrived it looked nothing like it. It was made with awful material and was like a sack. I asked for a refund and they told me I'd have to pay for it to be shipped back to China. After numerous back and forth they offered me a 20% refund. Surely this is against the law and trading standards?

Your company is clearly one for duping its customers after looking at all your reviews today. I will be adding another negative comment to the hundreds of others. RIP OFF. Dresses too small, cheap looking, did answer my emails but will offer anything other than post the items back for a refund. States 30 day money back guarantee, RUBBISH, when I finally got an address to post back it was in China and the postage was extremely expensive with the company wanting a tracking and number and proof of postage. NO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Returns are nothing but ‘easy’ as they claim on their website. It’s a dodgy Asia website posing as a ‘London’ brand. Avoid at all costs.

0 stars. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING. The dress ordered took weeks to arrive, was dreadful quality- material and workmanship, and 2 months into Email exchanges I still have no return address or refund.
