Easy to use and simple!
Easy to use. step through process was very nice! can go back and correct or change anything very easily! for the cost, it was perfect. all the other documents were there as well, not just the will. Well done! I looked at others and yours for sure is on top. Thanks.

Old 2005 WillMaker Files
I called their customer service representative because I had a 2005 version of thier software that is no longer supported by WillMaker. I had no problem paying to upgrade, but I could not locate the documents I'd prepared in 2005 in order to upgrade them rather than starting all over. The woman who answered spent an incredibly generous amount of time with me, guiding me through various keystrokes to locate the files. Although I had to break for dinner before completely resolving my issue, she left with a couple more suggestions that actually led me to the resolution after dinner. She would be an asset at any position!

If I remember correctly
If I remember correctly, we used to be able to read the different sections without having to create a PDF. I thought this was inconvenient.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. WillMaker does require you to complete the interview before seeing any part of the document. WillMaker cannot compile the document without a completed interview because provisions could change based on later portions of the interview. That said, WillMaker (online) does provide summaries of your answers at the end of every section, and this allows you to review your answers before moving on. And, of course, if you want to make a change to your compiled document, WillMaker makes it easy to go back into the interview and make changes. We appreciate your feedback!

A Terrific Product
The program was easy to use and complete. My only frustration was that my previous edition was on a PC and this time I used a MAC and had to enter all the information again. Kind of a pain...but in the end well worth it.

Easy to follow
Easy to follow. Automatically fills information from one form to another. Much better than hiring an attorney for $250 per hour to fill in these forms for me! Well worth the price. Covered all aspects/forms that I needed for my estate and included the guidance letter to my decendants.

Great Software and resources
Excellent resource with answers to questions while generating your documents. Could read and reread while making decisions rather than listening to our attorney quickly ask questions and move on. Was able to update our wills and other documents in about 8 hrs. Did use up a lot of ink and paper printing drafts and final documents, then copies after notarized. Highly recommend, but you must make many decisions.
