It seems to be user friendly. I have only had it for a short time. I’m not close to being finished. I cannot give an opinion now. But so far, so good!

The Quicken Willmaker package made navigating the sometimes complex legal language surrounding a will easy to understand, and to easily add appropriate information. Excellent tool.

I purchased Quicken WillMaker from Walmart and it came with a code to access the website. But the code is rejected--and yes, I tried all different versions of the 0 and the I. So I called the number for customer service but they were closed. So, after I cancelled all appointments for Saturday and Sunday to devote myself to making a will, I now have to wait until Monday to see if they can give me access. Well, here it is Tuesday and no one has contacted me. Nolo deserves NO stars!

The program was easy to use but there was a point where I wanted to make the document more for my specific needs but wasn’t able to figure out how to. The will that I wrote is quite adequate

Overpaid. 25% less on Amazon. Very disappointing.

It was easy to do. The only problem I had is that once I finished I saw something I wanted to correct and couldn’t fix it so I guess I have to make a new will. I’m waiting to hear them to see if I can fix errors after I’ve finished.

Hi Rita, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are glad to know you had an easy time creating your will. We are sorry to hear about your issue with correcting your will. It's true that you can't edit your document PDF after you print it out. However, you can go back into the interview portion of the program to change your answers, which will then change your document. From there, you can print out a new copy. If you need assistance, please call us at 1(800)728-3555 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST Monday through Friday, or email us at [email protected]. We appreciate your feedback!
