Willmaker was easy to use, very thoughtful and intuitive. I was going into hospital for surgery and needed healthcare directives immediately and was able to create them easily.

Creating a will can feel overwhelming, but the Quicken Willmaker makes it super easy. One of the features I particularly liked was that after I created my will, I could transfer the information (to be modified as needed) for my husband to create his will, at no extra charge. I also like the very informative cover letter that is included for the executor who might just be a family member who has no knowledge of haw to be one.

The first thing I want to say is Will maker documents are easy to fill out. You just fill in the blanks for whatever form you're working on. They individualize your needs according to the State you're living in. They have EVERY form you will need to complete your final plans for leaving this world. I don't really understand all the forms that are available to you as mine is pretty simple. I imagine it's pretty complicated for those who have much money, stocks, bonds, real estate and property. They have the forms for all. I especially like the final instruction form, (what YOU want done with your body when the time comes)!!! They check everything for you before you fill out the forms to make sure that ALL is legal in the State where you live. When finished, you just take the forms to a lawyer or Notary Republic, have all notarized and you'll have peace of mind. Keep all originals in a SAFE place under lock and key!!!! You should give your family copies of medical forms so they know your wishes!! These people are GREAT and it's worth the money to purchase this program. Please DON"T put this off. It's too important. I am a 75 year old man, so I know the importance. It doesn't matter whether you have a little or a lot my friend!!

Bought it for personal (family) estate planning purposes. Price was good. Interview process is easy like tax software. The Will and Health Care Directive worked fine. The Durable Power of Attorney only has a version that takes effect immediately. It does NOT provide for a Springing DPOA. Their reason is that it takes too long to determine incapacity, and the POA must have the ability to buy and sell immediately. Lots of on line articles support this position. However, that is not the right solution for me. Adding the Springing DPOA should be simple enough. Not including it is equivalent to giving legal advice to me.

Their approach made writing a trust very much easier than I ever thought possible. One still have a lot of thinking to do, but their series of questions, and helpful prompts, made it all very achievable
