I ordered and paid for this program 3 days ago, and have not received any code or access information. I have emailed the customer service twice. And yes, I have checked my Spam folder. I haven't gotten any response yet. After this review, I got a reply that they would contact me. Three days later and still no contact from this company. Very frustrating! April 8th - I received a call and the issue has been resolved.

The software is easy to download and install. As you go through the different documents, it gives you a lot of information about that area so you can think about your choices and put in the answer that is best for your situation. The only thing that I did not like was on the Durable POA for finances, it did not print out the page for the notary to fill out. Instead, the notary needed to provide an acknowledgement page which made it a little more challenging when it came to signing. The notary acknowledgement was on the other forms such as the will as an affidavit page so not sure why they could not have just placed it here as well.

In prior years I would just purchase the Disk/CD to make sure my family members had updated legal documents. I had not updated my Will since my wife's passing, so I decided to download the newest version. At first I could not find the file because I was used to seeing the old logo, but once I found it I was able to get started. I would have preferred the logo to be on my desk top.

This software package has everything you need to set up your own estate plan -- without going to the expense of hiring a lawyer. The survey questions are detailed -- so that -- you can put together documents that fit your personal situations.

The program addressed many issues quite easily. All except 2: 1) There was no method to specify future heirs such as future grandchildren. 2) The loan forgiveness provision only allows for a specific balance amount. It should specify the basis and then forgive the outstanding balance. I am currently uncertain how to proceed without regular will updates for loan balances and future grandchildren. Update: Included in each interview section are expandable notes. I found references to the need for specific names in the will. I will need to update the will for future grandchildren. Also, I removed any reference to loans in the will and added my preference in a letter to the executor. Both resolutions have allowed me to complete the will along with other supporting documents.

Easy to use, seems to cover all the bases we need for our estate planning. The only issue I found is both husband and wife are listed a female on the preview, there wasn't an option to select the gender, and no option to make changes. When I go to the last step (to print) the gender of the names on the estate aren't listed, which makes it ok in the end. I just spent needless time trying to correct the wrong gender.

We found Quicken’s Willmaker to be both thorough and easy to work with. I was surprised at the depth of questions to prepare the will as well as following South Carolina’s legal requirements.
