Will maker was easy to use-walks you thru the process and lets you make new versions without deleting the old. The ability to learn as you go and make different versions till you are satisfied with one that works.

I have not had a chance yet to use this version, however, I have used other versions and have always been impressed.

Very well done. One thing we wished was more clear was the transfer of deed portion of the trust. Quitclaim forms are not consistent online. Nolo provided some states on their site but not ours. They should all be available. Also, some sections included the area for the Notary to sign, some said to include it. Didn’t know how to find it, but our Notary was experienced and was able to provide it for us. Not sure the Notary at the UPS Store would have been as knowledgeable.

This program was worth every penny. It is simple to use and the directions are clear. In a matter of a few minutes I was able to create a new up to date will.

Not being able to save at will is a problem. I am not always able to compete a whole section at one sitting.

The process to complete wills and other important documents was quite simple as you are guided through each step. There was ample explanation and additional information readily available if needed. The instructions were very clear. The program is well worth the investment.

I really like the feature that you can do your will or living trust online or download the software and do it on your own computer. To do a living trust, you just need to answer a few questions and then you are done. Very easy and straight forward.

I couldn’t get past a discrepancy error on my own, and your team member efficiently handled the issues over the phone. The will came out as intended. Great service !
