Been emailing them back fourth about my order that I ordered from them over a month ago. My package has been sitting in my area facility for over two weeks and for some reason can’t be delivered to me. Been trying contacting the dodgy courier partner they use (ppx track) doesn’t even have a contact number. Disappointed.

The company's website would repeatedly claim an error whenever I tried to place an order, despite using different computers, email accounts, and credit cards. When reached out via their support team email, I sent three emails, two of which were ignored. The only support email to have a reply was the very first one, in which I was given a fake discount code for a future order. This company is unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. Do NOT give them your support, there are better websites with better service and better products out there.

Overall wildflower cases used to be great quality. But as i've been buying more and more, i've noticed it has gone down. On my iphone 11, the case would fit perfectly around the edges of my phone. But for my iphone 12 pro max, the cases don't and i can see my silver lining of the phone even with the case on.

I ordered for Christmas but it was delivered more than 10 days after expected - and too late to give as a gift. I tried to simply return the item but the company refused. Such poor customer service. Disappointing.

The company didn’t use my full address for my order. So even though the package had been sent from the US all the way to Europe, it got sent back again, because the delivery service couldn’t deliver the order to an address that doesn’t exist. When I found out (I had to research for 30 minutes, because on the ppxtracking website it said that my order was delivered even though I never received my order) I immediately contacted the company via email. I have been ignored and not gotten any response.

Took a bit longer than I expected but the package arrived in all good conditions and I love my case

Ordered off this website on the 28th of November, case is no where to be seen. Have ordered off here before and had no issues but this time I was sent two different trackings, one saying it was sent on the 28th of november but then received another tracking number on the 15th of december saying that it had just been sent. I have emailed multiple times and only receive generic automated responses. This is completely unprofessional as the website stated if you ordered before the 12th of december you would receive before christmas.

I ordered a case from Wildflower, and it was the wrong size for my daughter’s iPhone. Contacted the company to request an exchange (my daughter still wanted the case and I was not looking even for a refund) and was told that: A: Orders placed on either Black Friday or Cyber Monday, (I ordered it on Nov. 28th) were not eligible for return or exchange, and... B. Since I bought it as a Christmas gift, and I was getting my shopping done early to avoid any shipping delays, I was told that since it was not returned within 15 day (!?!) of purchase that the product was not eligible for return/exchange. This was a Christmas gift. Of course it would be more than 15 days! This is the most inane and ridiculous policy a company (especially a supposed family-run company) could have in place. I know that if the company does reply to this bad review they will restate the Black Friday/Cyber Monday nonsense, as well as the 15 day return/exchange policy. My point is that not only is it a BAD policy, but the return/exchange information was NOWHERE to be seen on my receipt/order confirmation. Nor was it listed on the packing slip that accompanied the case within the packaging the case was shipped in. Simply looking for an exchange, and would even pay the return shipping. Really not too much to ask if you are REALLY interested in your customers, and not just your “influencers”.
