I ordered and then waited like always. It never came and the three times i reached out i got nothing back from them. when i did they said that they are canceling it with no refund. they said that it must have gotten lost in the mail even though i paid extra for the protection of my order. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY IT IS NOT WORTH IT

I ordered two cases. One I ordered standard shipping and the other air. I didn’t receive either within those time frames. When I emailed they said they both were lost and would give me a full refund due to being outside the timeframe. I never got tracking information for either and I ordered feb 13. I haven’t received the refund yet. Eventually one of my cases were shipped and when i went to ask where my second one is I’ve gotten no response but what seems like automated messages. All I wanted was my cases and I’ve had a terrible time with their customer service and ordering. Order I still haven’t gotten #2077011

I recently ordered a case on January 2 and received an email saying that my package was delivered on the 9th of January. I reported the same day that i haven’t received my order and they kept telling me to reach out to the post office which I did. I sent over 6 emails which they have ignored me and I still haven’t gotten a response from them regarding where my package is. It’s been two months now. And now I have to file a police report for theft. Disgusting brand.

I ordered a Valentine’s Day gift for my daughter, a cell phone case, on January 26th. On Feb. 14 she opened it and the case was the wrong size. I emailed them that morning, requesting an exchange for the correct size case. Customer Service replied and told me it was outside of their 15 exchange policy so I could not. I replied and told them I didn’t recall seeing the 15 day exchange policy when I placed the order, or I would have waited a few days, and asked them to make an exception for me. They replied again and said they could not make an exception “so far outside of the 15 days”!! They closed the email with XOXO! I will NEVER again purchase from them. Clueless when it comes to customer service!

Amazing cases, quick customer service response and quick shipping. Just 4/5 stars because the packaging is way too much which is horrible for the environment.

I spent close to $100 as a Christmas present. I ordered ahead to make sure she got the ones she wanted. Of course it was almost a month later when she opened her gift. Unfortunately, she had given me the wrong phone. I wrote to them on Jan 1 and explained the situation. I got the “we have received “ automatic response. I wrote them again, asked about an exchange and that my granddaughter would pay for return etc. I was told they had a 15 day exchange policy and so sorry, it was past that. What kind of a company has a 15 day policy at Christmas? I’m in Texas, she’s in California. This is ridiculous and I wrote again saying that was not a customer friendly policy. I would never use this company again. They send me daily emails about their products but can’t be bothered to deal with customer issues.

I ordered a phone case on Oct 24, I was told I would be refunded by Dec 5. Today is January 16, 2023😂😂😂 I ordered a phone case but decided to return it about 2-3 months ago. For starters, the whole Process of trying to return the package took a long time as there are long delays in their response time. After I was told they received the package and refunded, I have yet to see that refund. The sent me a pdf with my name claiming that the amount has been refunded and they told me that this is proof of the refund and they can no longer refund me. After I asked them to provide mw with the card number to which the return was sent to, it has been over one week of radio silence.

My order number is #1945795. I ordered two items, one case for iPhone 13 and another for 13 pro. Didn't receive the one for 13. One of the colleagues from your team promised to process a full refund on the 5th of January and confirmed that I will receive a separate email when the refund is processed within 3 days (request number 390225). However, I waited and still didn't receive any refund to my card or any email notification. Please process the full refund since it has been weeks...
