There was some sort of glitch and my case got canceled, and was sold out, and Jenny got it all figured out and got me my case!! Not sure who’s fault it was, but Jenny was a superstar in fixing it for me and getting me the sandy case I wanted so badly!

My cases did not come in time and they responded quickly and were able to track it down, once it arrived I was charged duties where it was supposed to be shipped duties prepaid and they refunded the amount I paid for duties. Really easy to work with customer service and they were quick with resolutions. I have no complaints and the phone cases are beautiful!!!

I somehow lost the emblem on my case and when I reached to see what I could do about it they were super helpful. They responded super quick and offered me a replacement since I was within the 6 month warranty period. Jenny was so sweet and helpful. Will order again!
