The customer service when I reached out for support with an issue regarding my phone case was excellent. The customer service agent (Jenny) was very helpful and got back to me in a timely manner with a solution. Shipping times for international orders are long though and duties and import taxes are not included at checkout.

I had a Labor Day promotion issue, and I contacted the customer service team several times; they eventually responded and resolved my problem. I would say they are helpful yet it took almost 20 days to resolve the problem. Overall they are helpful and nice, just the response time can be better!

I will say this is a great phone case but knowing it’s not MagSafe and is pretty expensive is a little too much (only if you like the aesthetic purposes of phone cases, then this brand is good for you!). Overall, I love the design and collabs that Wildflower shares with and the detail in the case. I can see the texture through the case and I don’t know if that’s some sort of fabric but it looks cool. I didn’t really know that the case has a little depth to it but I think that’s where the protection of the case comes from so that it doesn’t destroy the design on the back and only hits the sides of the case. 100% what I bought on the picture along with the bedazzled camera protector lenses. They are nice/shiny in person and make my camera look bigger than what I expected. It does pair nicely to the phone case I bought which was the fatherkels phone case collab. (iPhone 16 pro max)

I bought the Orchid case and the camera bling for my iPhone 16. The quality is good overall, though I’d say the products are slightly overpriced. The design is created by sticking a piece of fabric to the inside of the case, which feels a bit unusual. It isn’t glued completely flat either, but it’s not noticeable once the case is on the phone. It still looks good overall. Customer service wasn’t great. I tried to cancel my order so I could change something, and their policy says you must cancel before the order ships to get a refund. However, the only way to cancel is by email, and it took them about 2.5 days to respond. Luckily they replied before the order was dispatched, but the delay still wasn’t ideal. By that point I decided I'd rather just stick with my order as it was, especially as I'd have to wait for shipping as well. I ordered from the UK and delivery took 10 days, which was within the timeframe they stated, so I was happy with that. That said, the slow email response makes me concerned about how easy it would be to arrange a return if I ever needed to.

I ordered the fruit tart phone case back in November, however it got to January and I had never received it as it had gotten lost in mail. I contacted wildflower customer support and they had responded almost instantly, they were more than happy to help and sent me a replacement. I’ve now received and love it.

LOST IN THE MAIL but earned my business.. I ordered a hugely popular phone case from them as a birthday gift. Even with all the shipping mishaps (not their fault), customer service was dedicated to making sure I got the item I ordered. I got it-- the wrong size, I can't make this up. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size. Even after my mistake, they were dedicated to ensuring I got what I wanted and helped me through the return protocol. I had my mind made up to leave a bad review, but I cannot. This female-owned company "gets it" and goes above and beyond to help you. I wish all companies would treat their customers like this.

I ordered a iphone 1,5 month ago, and thrn 2 weeks after the delivery company told me they had delivered it. Even though I was home at my apartment complex 5 mins after the message… The only ones helping me and answering me was Wildflower, who understood my frustration with this situation, and provided me the best help ever to a new solution.
