They are a set of thieves! I ordered 2 wigs, they sent one. The quality was so poor and the color wrong. When I contacted them, they wanted me to send pics of the wig and they stated that the other wig was being made. They don’t tell you that they are located in China. BUYER BEWARE!

If I could give no stars I would. I had no idea the 3 wigs that I ordered were coming from China otherwise I would have never ordered. My wigs did arrive and my human hair wigs looked like Halloween wigs. Per their website, I immediately contacted customer service asking for the correct address to return and receive a refund. It's been a week and I haven't heard a thing. Judging from the other reviews I should count this as a total loss.

I’d give it a zero if possible. Took a month to arrive. I’m doing chemo and went their direction because the wig was exactly what I was looking for in color and curl. Unwrapped it, and while it packaged fairly nicely it wasn’t close to light brown, it was blond. And there was wave but no curl. Put it on my head and it was embarrassing, Return is to China, so expect that to be the same price of the wig.. In the hundreds. Total sham and I’m embarrassed that I was taken advantage of. I’m usually smarter than that.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Total and utter scam. The product never even arrived...and it's one month later. Customer service number is totally bunk, doesn't go anywhere. They never provided a tracking number. I emailed, no response. I finally used the "live chat", and then they provided the tracking number. It literally only said "shipment information received" and the rep tried to tell me it was en route to being delivered. *And* they processed the order during that chat. It was dated the same date and time and the conversation. It's crap, stay away at all costs.

So glad I saw these reviews. Reviews on their own website most probably written by themselves. Going into chemo next week on limited finances so will wait for NHS choice of wigs. At a very stressful time they play on vulnerable people.

Be Careful what you order !!! I ordered a real hair wig and it was beautiful and perfect. I then ordered a second one exactly the same BUT made the mistake of ordering a synthetic wig which was absolutely terrible and looked nothing like the photo. I have been unable to return it they just either respond with gibberish about the item being a custom dress ?? To them saying they think it is like the photo please keep it ! Over and over You will NEVER get a refund from these people. Dishonest.

I wished I had seen the reviews too. This company is fraudulent and shouldn't be trusted or ever used. I was given notification my product was shipped but it arrived a month later -which was too late for me. UPS has returned product to them with my instruction as I moved. However, they are trying to make up stories that I refused to sign for the product and it was to be destroyed. The English of the customer service rep is poor plus they are deliberately evading my complaints. Not getting anywhere. I'm not confident I will get money back. Looks like such a good site too. I hope they go out of business.

I ordered a wig on 9/24 and didn't receive the wig until 10/29 and when I open the box the wig was nothing like the wig I ordered so I sent an email stating that they send me the wrong wig and I received a response stating that it was the correct wig just a different craft. When I ordered the wig on the 9/24 my money immediately taken out my account. Now I got an email stating that they will give 30 dollars nothing but scammers
