Took money but no hair!! Whatha???

THERE SHOULD BE A RATING LESS THAN 1. THE WIG I RECEIVED IS NOT THE WIG I ORDERED. I SENT THEM AN E-MAIL AND A PICTURE OF WHAT I ORDERED, NO RESPONSE. I WILL TRASH THIS COMPANY ON EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA SITE UNTIL I GET A REFUND OR UNTIL I DIE.

wigsbuy.com. Listen ladies, we need to band together and somehow get this company shut down or at least get the word out. I don't even have words to describe the hairy matted mess they sent me. totally Chinese rip off. and it's time unsuspecting ppl, at an emotional time in their lives, stop getting taken by this fraudulent company. I hope Trump builds a wall to keep them out. And their whole country goes to CRAP.

This company needs to get real! They have all these elaborate movie star pictures on the website, but the wig you actually receive looks nothing like the picture. I ordered a natural curly wig and received a straight hair wig that was styled curly. Not what I ordered! Not happy.

The color of the wig I purchased was completely different from what I received in addition the style was similar but not the same and nowhere near as full. Never again!!!!!

Absolutely THE worst! I will always check reviews in the future. I ordered exactly what was pictured brown with blond highlights medium bob. I received a pixie wig and it's scarlett red. I'm plastering my social media with warnings now!

Sorry I had to give them a one star, they deserve a zero, Please go somewhere else to make a purchase. I really got fooled, they took my money, sent me a phony tracking number, glad I used PayPal, they had to step in to get my refund.

The only reason they are getting one star is that they do answer emails. They sent me the wrong colored wig. I took pictures and they agreed. I order a honey brown color with lighter highlights and it can black with grey highlights. They want me to pay shipping! Or keep it and get an $18 credit! They got it wrong and they agreed and then want me to pay shipping. Yes this is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before I ordered.
