This is nothing like the wig I ordered online. They are misleading. The pictures that they display of the wig is nothing like what you will receive. Beware.

Very disappointed. Received my wig today. It's the right color but wrong hair style. Very disappointed

I ordered around 3 times from this company. I did that because the first order was perfect. The hair color, the style and the size was what I ordered. After that the second order was a different color and the wrong size. I waited after the pandemic to see if these Chinese could get it right. The wig came yesterday and there was not enough hair, the style was wrong and the size was wrong. My head is large and not small or average, so I had to throw it out because getting a refund from these Chinese is impossible. I am never ordering from them again. I will get an American company to stand behind their products. Don't order from them ever.

Don't buy any of these wigs .I was stupid and bought 3 .They are nothing like pictured.I read a bad review and thought I knew better.Please don't waste your money x

While i have not sent back my return yet for the wig going to WigsBuy in China because i still haven't figured out how to configure the China postal address, i saw this site and wanted to write a review. The wig i received is not the worst quality. However, it totally doesn't match the picture in terms of length or color. Yes it's blonde and short, though the pic is a color with much more depth than what i received. Pic was like a dark strawberry blond with a few highlights, and i received a wheat color. Pic was past the ears, wig is well above my ears. They first offered me a $20 discount then a $25 discount, but what good is it if i won't wear the wig. Luckily since i purchased it through PayPal -- as i now will do with all questionable purchases in the future -- since i didn't receive a reply about the return 3 times from WigsBuy, i contacted PP and then WigsBuy immediately replied to each message, and finally sent the return shipping address. They also have agreed to issue a full refund once they get the wig. Also, PP covers up to $30 return shipping on up to 12 purchases in a year. The estimate to ship is $37 so it's not too bad. Hopefully will figure out how to write the address label for China and get the refund. If not, will post again here. Lesson learned: Always use PayPal when dealing with someone you don't know!

UPDATED FORMER ONE-STAR REVIEW: I paid $52 for a wig (which was supposedly marked down from $120). I received a very thin, very poor-quality wig (basically a drugstore Halloween wig, quality-wise) that was several inches shorter than what was pictured. In response to my first complaint, an extremely unhelpful customer service told me by email to take my wig to a stylist for repairs. (A stylist cannot repair several inches missing in length.) After multiple emails and a lot of back and forth, I did eventually receive a full refund. HOWEVER, buying from them was a huge mistake. The quality of the merchandise I received was completely unacceptable. I wish I could post a picture here so you could see the utter garbage they sent me. I am grateful for the refund, but I purchased a wig for an event and was greatly inconvenienced to have to find an alternative at the last minute. Please note how many of the positive reviews of this company are clearly fake. Caveat emptor.
