Worst service, wrong product, waste of money, will be telling everyone about the poor service

This company is a scam of the highest order!!!! Please avoid, made s purchase back in August 2019.... I never received the item that cost £260!!! The company only respond to emails, they were so unhelpful and was not willing to help. Luckily for me I paid with my Barclaycard.... after completing a complaint form for the refund.... the full amount has been refunded back to my account. Avoid at all costs, I was lucky to get my money back 👍🏽

THESE ASIANS ARE SCAMMERS. THEY CLAIM TO SHIP YOUR WIG AND IT NEVER ARRIVES. THEN YOU TELL THEM YOU WANT A REFUND AND FILE A CLAIM WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND SUDDENLY THEY CAN EXPEDITE A NEW ONE AND THE ONE THEY CLAIMED TO HAVE SHIPPSED PREVIOUSLY HAS NO TRACKING UPDATES NEVER LEAVING THEIR FACILITY MONTHS LATER. THEY LIE, SAY THEY SHIP THEN THEY CLAIM IF YOU WANT A REFUND ON ANY OUTSTANDING ORDERS THEY NEVER SENT CLAIMING THEY ARE STILL PROCESSING THEY ONLY REFUND 1/3 OF WHAT YOU PAID. THEY INTENTIONALLY DONT PROCESS ORDERS TO THEN COLLECT YOUR MONEY IF YOU REQUEST A REFUND AND THEY LIE ABOUT SHIPPING ORDERS. I GOT A CALL FROM THIS DUST MAGGOT OWNER IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT ON MY CELL PHONE AFTER DISPUTED THIS WITH HIS THREATS. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AND ITS POOR QUALITY ANYWAY

I honestly wish there were a negative rating, as this company does not deserve any stars. I ordered two wigs and two wig stands. The wigs were absolutely horrible. I requested to return them right away and was told that they could not refund my full purchase price - as there were material and labor costs involved with making the wigs. Neither of them looked at all like the pictures - in style or color. I was so disappointed to have spent a few hundred dollars and be stuck with something I couldn't wear. Finally, I received their mailing address. I sent all items back to them and now the run around about getting any kind of refund is absolutely ridiculous. Do not order from this company unless You want to be scammed.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY...TOTAL SCAM!!! I ordered my wig and it finally arrived one month to the day from my order date. NOT even what I ordered. It looks like cousin IT from the old t.v. show, The Adams Family. When I emailed them, they did not respond until the very end to tell me that their wig design people had finished with my wig. The only way that I knew that my wig was on its way, was by my investigation on their web page, and then I received an email that my wig was on its way. They NEVER answered my request as to why my wig did not look like what I had ordered. I am beyond disappointed and discussed that I even trusted this online wigsbuy. I will never order online again. Again...DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY... Thank you...chana zuriel

Beware! It is a scam! I placed an order twice 4 weeks ago - no product, their “shipment tracking system” doesn’t work. Emailed the company and received a message in broken English imploring me to “be patient the wigs are on the way and tracking will update shortly”. That was about 2 weeks ago. Since then, only silence. I think this is a flat out ripoff scam site. Shop elsewhere! You have been warned.

SCAM: I've placed my order 4 weeks ago and still have not received my wig. Total scam. Should have read reviews before ordering. Lesson learned. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

Do not use this website. It is a scam. Either no wig will be delivered or a cheap horrid hair piece nothing like the actual photo will arrive. The website shows beautiful wigs but none of these are what you get for your money. I paid over £100 and after 4 weeks finally received this horrific bright orange. hair piece that would not look out of place at a Halloween party. Also on the delivery note thr price of item was specified as 10$. This is a disgrace especially as some people are in a vulnerable position and hoping that one of these wigs would help them. When asked for a full refund they said they could only refund 70$ and again I received nothing. Please do not order anything from here. Also tradings standards should step in and close down this website.
