TERRIBLE! WONT Communicate. Wrong wig sent. Don't mention they are in China. Wont acknowledge. Wont refund. TERRIBLE. DON'T USE.

I naively ordered a wig from Wigsbuy before reading the reviews, and then attempted to cancel the order the next day. They offered 70% refund and said my wig was in production and IF I did not cancel they would discount my purchase by $10.. Several days later I did receive the $10 so it gave me hope that I may be in the small percentage to get a wig as described on their website.. The wig arrived several days ago. The color was almost white and it doesn't look anything like what I ordered. I even question whether it is human hair. I sent them custom measurements and they say that I can't return because it is 'custom', however measurements of the cap appear to be nothing like ordered. I just filed a claim with PayPal and am hopeful I can get some of my $$ back. Wigsbuy are a total rip-off. Don't be naive like I was!!

Terrible, terrible, terrible!! I did "eventually" get my wigs but....they looked NOTHING like the picture. I don't recommend purchasing a wig from wigsbuy!

Fraudulent website. Do NOT order. After ordering I was unsuccessful in contacting them via email or phone (or their “live chat” button which does not work). Only after filing a claim did I hear from them at which time they asked me if I still wanted a refund for the order I purchased w expedited shipping (that I didn’t receive on time). I said Yes since that is what I asked for from the beginning. Again, no response from them. With PayPal after a couple weeks from filing you have the ability to “escalate” the claim if there still has been no resolution. So I contacted Wigsbuy telling them if I don’t get refunded I will be escalating. They then responded saying that would only refund me if I dropped the claim. Shady!! Thank goodness I ordered using PayPal. It took some time but I eventually got all my money refunded because they too were unable to get in touch with Wigsbuy.

I ordered what was supposed to be a 12" afro curly wig.and an 8" curly ponytail extension. What they shipped to me was a 5-6" curly wig instead of the 12" wig I wanted. Instead of getting the ponytail extension, I was sent another wig that was around 7-8" with a wavy texture. I immediately reached out to them to rectify the situation. They initially offered me a refund of $6.00 USD. I paid a total of $55.82. With the help of Paypal I was able to get them to agree to refund my full payment but I had to pay the return shipping fees then provide proof of return receipt. Turns out the charge to ship both wigs back in the original packaging was $56.00. Not worth it. I just threw the wigs away. I will never order another wig online ever gaon for anyone.

I can't believe I fell for this SCAM! I just lost $200, and now I see that they ripped so many people off too. A major red flag is if the company does not share its return address... Do NOT buy from WigsBuy.com Lesson learned.

I am so sorry that I didn't read the reviews on this company before purchasing two wigs totaling almost $300. I should have known it was a fake when my credit card purchase was converted to PayPal. My order was placed on Sept 29 and it took over a month to receive. There was no photo on the box so I had no idea which wig was which. The quality was poor and the color incorrect. I was scammed out of almost $300. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They should not be allowed to do business in the US.

Scam Fake 2 dollar costume wigs sold as designer....rip off photos of celebrities not wearing wigs. Read the 5 star reviews. They are obviously fake and the grammar /sentence structure is terrible.with all the money thru make ripping people off, couldnt they afford to hire a person efficient in english to write fake reviews??
