I would rate Wigsbuy ZERO star if I could. Last May I ordered a wig shown on their website. They sent me a nasty, STINK, FILTHY, matted used wig. It smelled like rotten fish...even the mailing container was smelly. My credit card company has tried to recoup the cost...I mailed the wig back to a California address. WIGSBUY is NOT a LEGITIMATE WIG BUSINESS. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS "COMPANY."

I made the mistake of thinking that I got a real human hair wig in my color that it would be beautiful. What a joke, first of all it took over a month for the wig to appear, and then it was more pink, then blonde. I believe the hair must of come off a corpse. It was so stiff and thick, it didn't look like any human hair I had ever seen. I tried three different times to get an email sent back to me for the Los Angeles address, with no response. My credit card is still fighting it out, all I had to do was make copies of my corespondence and send it to them. In time I will get most of my money back, so DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Horrible customer service. I cannot get any response from emails. They have my money but haven’t shipped the wig. Go somewhere reputable.

This was the very worst experience I've ever had purchasing any item online. First of all, it took over a month to receive the wig. And what finally was delivered was garbage. It looked like hair for a clown costume. When I attempted to get a refund from PayPal, I was told to return the wig to China, which I immediately did. A few weeks later PayPal denied my claim. I will only make purchases through Amazon in the future😡.

Worst site ever!!!!! Save yourself a headache these wigs come from China! It took a month to get mine and then to top it off it did not look like what I ordered at all!!! So sad and disappointed I will not to try to get a refund I'm going to save me a headache!!!

DON'T BUY FROM WIGSBUY!!!!! I am going bald so was excited to find a wig that looked like the hair I lost. After two weeks it arrived. It does not look anything like the wig I ordered! The website said all items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. I instantly sent the wig back to the sender in China. It cost $35 to send the wig. I started getting emails from wisgsbuy, first and offer of $25, then $75 finally $ 95 refund on a wig they charged $165 for! I have contact my American Express service department and am hopeful the many documents and emails will prove how unscrupulous this company is. I have had many products received from China. Always they were quality and according to their description. This company is so bad and their responses are totally unprofessional. It is as though after they take your money, they start negotiating how much you will pay for the shoddy product.

Do not buy anything from this website, I made a purchase and they took my money two days later and it has been two months and i have yet to receive my purchase. I have sent multiple email regarding my purchase and its delivery date but all i got was an apology message and that they would give me a 10 percent discount on my next purchase. Hell no I do not want anymore coupons from this place! two months is way too long to not receive my purchase. I have made multiple claims to get a refund but they only allowed a 30% refund and I did not accept this so I took it to my bank to fix it. DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE it is horribly organized.

I received my wig & it did not at all look like the wig in picture. Color wrong & hair is shaped wrong. Tried calling # on side of box & on a stub in box#. Both #'s cannot get thru sounds like u dialed wrong # but u didn't. I wanted to return it thought 30 days no 7 days return. I'm putting in a complaint with better business bureau. Do not buy wig here!!!
