Horrible service. I hope you're not in a rush for the order. Expect to wait at least 6-8 weeks for your order. Don't try getting in touch with their customer service because they don't respond. I finally disputed the charge and won my case. This is a China company but it is hard to spot on the website. I will never order from them again.

While I was I little confused when my wig would arrive it came faster then expected. The wig looks great and came with a wig cap, comb and clips. Very satisfied

This company is terrible. They don’t ship products promptly. The wig I received is made for a child’s head. My head is small and it doesn’t fit my head!! They are horrible.

This company deserves minus stars! Terrible customer service. Wig I ordered arrived many weeks after placing the order. When I finally received it, the wig did not fit or look like the online photo. I tried to return it, but customer service offered me two options. 1) keep the wig and get a 10% discount or 2) return the wig for a refund of about 1/3 what I paid for it. I requested the return anyway because I cannot wear this wig and I figured 1/3 back was better than nothing. I notified customer service and asked how to return the wig, but it's been a week and I have had no response.

The wigs on the site are no where near the wigs you will receive. A darn shame. People are so dishonest !!! Don't waste your money and always check the reviews on a product.

Wigs were NOT THE ONES PICTURED on the site, not even close and one wig had faulty manufacturing and is completely unusable. Despite return policy REFUSED TO REFUND. Dishonest in customer service correspondence. AVOID THIS VENDOR

Please do not buy from this place!! I learned a valuable lesson You can not track a package back to China. I paid $124.00 for a clown wig. False advertising. This wig was for my sick mother. PayPal said 100% refund depending on tracking package back to sender. I spent $24 more dollars sending wig to China. Us post office said no tracking for out of country packages. PayPal denied my refund.. Now I have no wig and no refund!! Don't buy from CHINA.
