I was diagnosed with cancer in July 2018 so started looking for wigs. I had the misfortune to deal with this company. I have now asked them on 12 occasions to stop sending me e-mails to no avail and today they had the ordacity to ask me to do a survey on them. I don't really rate them as any stars but unfortunately you have to press something !!! Nasty company .......

In August I went through a trauma and lost a lot of hair. And I wanted a wig that looked basically like my natural hair so that I didn’t have to explain to every acquaintance why my hair suddenly is thin and looks like garbage. And I certainly wanted to hide my bald spot. So I ordered a 14 inch wig in the darkest brown with bangs. It took almost two months to arrive. And by the time it arrived, I started wearing my hair in a turban and was used to it. So I thought “okay the wig can be for going out and the turban for every day life.” Well. The wig I got is blonde with highlights and 12 inches. The only thing correct about it was the bangs! It did not even have a part! I have so much work to do to this wig to make it wearable. It is so ugly. The hair is really soft actually but the stripes and the color awful. You can get a 15 dollar amazon front lace wig better than this!!!!

If I could give wigsbuy minus 1000 I would. This company is dishonorable. I ordered a wig from this company and in four weeks was sent a wig that had zero resemblance to the nappy wig I ordered. I immediately contacted PayPal. PayPal gave me the address to send it back to China. It was not cheap to send back out of my own pocket but it was such blatant fraud I was determined to not allow wigsbuy to get away with it. Wigsbuy sent me a letter confirming receiving the wig but only offered half of my money back. I denied the offer requesting a refund. I sent a copy of the letter to PayPal. PayPal gave me such a run around. Initially PayPal denied my claim stating no proof item was not as described. The next three times after resending all the proof that was asked for they denied the claim denying having tracking numbers. The last time I sent the letter for the third time with wigsbuy acknowledging receipt back and offering fifty percent back to me. PayPal denied my claim for the fifth time or more, last time was for tracking numbers. Why does PayPal require tracking numbers 5 times and why does PayPal require tracking numbers again when they have written acknowledgement that wigsbuy has gotten the item back and offered 50% back for their fraud? I have used PayPal for an extremely long time with a false sense of security. Wigsbuy is a sham company and PayPal is an accomplice. I now have nothing I ordered and sent back wrong merchandise at my own expense. I was robbed. Don’t trust wigsbuy or PayPal.

Omg!!! I paid over 280$ for a long beach wave wig early December and for 1, I emailed and messaged like 10x for status and only til I threatened stop payment on payment to them did I receive the wrong wig! They took money out the second I purchased, took 6 weeks w no one to talk to abt status and then I get what I didnt order. They offered me 30$ back! What? I've gone back and forth for 5 days bcuz they say it's a wig, sorry not what u picked! They have no importance in customer service and their offer of 30$ refund when I paid 250$ is a joke and they say oh well!! Terrible service, my wig was supposed to be 24" and beach wave and I got 10" spiral curl! Buyer Beware!!! This company is a crock!! I have medical issues and I'm younger and really wanted this long hair and I'm so disappointed I did not get what I ordered and that 280$ was hard to come by. Terrible terrible company!!!!!! Watch out customers!!

I ordered a wig for a NYE party, according to the site it should have arrived well in time for the event. In reality, not so much. When I looked up the order number on the site I was told it didn't exist. I contacted them via their site and was told it wouldn't ship until mid-January despite being in-stock and expedited delivery paid. A claim was opened via Paypal and in their response they flat out asked to have the dispute closed without offering anything other than a silly metaphor and promise to deliver in a month. I see the ratings here and am amazed they are allowed to do business.

I wish I'd seen these reviews before I ordered from them. I'm out $100+ for a wig DHL claimed they couldn't deliver and supposedly destroyed. This is despite mutiple calls and attempts to arrange delivery on their site. Wigsbuy's response, they aren't responsible and won't give me a refund, but will happily give me a discount on another purchase. AS IF! They should be barred from doing business in the US. Think we should all contact the fedral authorities.

AVOID,AVOID,AVOID. Do not think for one moment that you will receive a quality wig that will resemble the style or colour indicated on their website. This company is based in China. My order took weeks to get to me in Canada and the shipping company only released the package to me after I paid $39 in duty. When I requested a refund for the ill fitting, poorly constructed wigs someone named Joey wrote back to ask that I send photos to show them the problem. I sent seven photos showing them the poor colour blending and the ratty looking crowns. No photo could do justice to how poorly fitting the caps were. They wrote back to say I could return the wigs at my cost and they would refund me minus the shipping, duty and labour cost (?) I will donate them to a theatre group. WIGSBUY IS A JOKE!!!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchased the Meg Ryan wig (10171046)and it was ugly as heck! No style and the color didn’t match the picture. Poor quality! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! They refunded all but $100. I was ripped off! Hope they get put out of business. I wouldn’t wear that cheap ugly thing as a Halloween costume. Wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy! Didn’t want to even give them one star. They made $100 off me and I got nothing.
