Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had! I ordered a wig in Nov for a Christmas gift, I did receive it before Christmas BUT it was the wrong wig! Wrong color, worst wig I’ve ever seen! It was supposed to be 22 in long & 150%density... So I had to contact them, wait for someone to contact me with their return info, because if you want a refund they offered me $120 back! I paid over $300 to have it the length & density I wanted. So I had to pay for shipping, it took another 6 weeks... I finally receive the replacement wig & it’s worse than the first one!! I wanted to cry! You cannot speak to anyone, it’s all via email & every time I would try to chat with someone on their website, you get someone different! They promise you the World!! So back to the Post Office I go to pay to ship back AGAIN.... that was a month ago & now I hear absolutely nothing! I have emailed every single day inquiring the status of the Wig & theyre simply not answering me! So now... I am out at least $375 that they stole from me & no Wig! I CANNOT stress enough DO NOT BUY from them... their wigs are just awful quality! Nothing like the pictures!

I ordered a product for my Mother. with in 5 minutes I discovered this site with all the bad reviews, although the reviews were great on their site, which are probably fake. I canceled my order within 15 minutes, it did not get canceled, but I got an email reply saying they were out of town for spring break until the 28, then it was the 30th. I don't know how you can process orders if you are not there. I have threatened them, the product will be returned upon my receiving it, but no reply what so ever. This is a poor excuse for a business. I hope they don't think I'm going to give up, because it's not happening and I will expect a refund. In the mean time, I will be filing several complaints. Update: so far hardly any decent response from wigsbuy. They responded once and said that there was no order but my debit card was charged the amount of the purchase and I have not been refunded, nor have a received an order. That was more than 3 weeks ago. This company is obviously fraudulent, and I will be filling a complaint against wigsbuy for committing fraud.

Never received my wig. Unable to contact customer service. They do not answer emails. Please don't waste your time and money.

This company is a scam, please beware. Their contact # is not legitimate, they did not send any confirming email, the tracking # given to me was non-existent when I checked on their website. They also never responded to my email enquiry.

This company is bad, I ordered my wig in November and it is still showing preparing, after numerous emails they kept saying just give us a couple more days. I bought this wig because I had chemo and lost my hair and wanted it for Christmas, I was already going through enough stress. I proceeded to then contact paypal and they have refunded me my money. This company is a scam and shouldn't be allowed to continue running.

Bought a wig, received it quickly using paypal. It arrived wrong color, wrong style. Unbelievable. The customer service was back and forth thru paypal. Wigsbuy tried to offer some chump change to drop my complaint with paypal and I could keep their garbage wig. They even tried contacting me directly thru email. Paypal finally returned my money but not till after I did a international return using a customs form. There is no tracking in china so, I could never confirm except thru pics I took of the mailing labels. By the time it was all over with and paypal returned some money, I was not able to claim the 45 bucks in mail charges. 4 months later, the ugly wig came back to me from China. I dropped paypal, I would have had better luck using a credit card. I complained to consumer affairs and GOOGLE as they allow their company to accept money from wigsbuy for topline ads. There are numerous complaints about WIGSBUY. I even contacted a writer who did an article on wigs and linked wigsbuy and told her about them. WIGSBUY IS BAD NEWS!

I ordered and PAID for hair extensions that never arrived (4 WEEKS LATER) The telephone number is a bogus number..When I e-mailed them to complain and entered the order number they provided me, THEY said there was NO SUCH NUMBER or it was wrong!! I have contacted American Express and they are going to get my money back. THIS OUTFIT IS A SCAM!! BEWARE!!

Bought a wig several months ago. Took forever to get it and it was not at all as pictured. I read the return policy which said you have to call to speak with a rep before you can return it. I tried to call, email, chat online with absolutely no response so I could not return it and am out $200. Terrible company. On top of that, I have unsubscribed to their emails multiple times only to find more junk from their company in my box. I have reported this company to the BBB.
