I received the wig and it looked as if it were created with sheep wool. I filed 3 disputes before 7 days. I received zero response. I will NEVER purchase from this company again.

They are quality wigs for affordable prices to me.Great collection with a wide variety. Absolutely love the product. Totally RECOMMENDED!!!

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! I waited 6 weeks. There is no style to the wig, not the same color, not the same curl. The first time it got damp .....not wet like from washing, just damp, it became a frizzy mess. Now that it’s been a month since I received it, no refund available

zero stars. The wig color is hideous. Nothing like the picture. They are giving me the run around over a refund. Run don’t walk!!!

I wish I read the reviews before I bought a wig from them. Not even close to what is shown on the picture. Waited for more than a month to get it from China. The wig looks cheap, no shape. Just awful. I sent an email right away that I wanted to return it, received a response to take pictures and then they would decide if they give me the money back. I tried to call them, but the phone is not working. I sent another email telling them that if they don’t take the wig back I will contact BBB. Finally, they provided me with a return address and told me that they would subtract the shipping that turned out to be $7.99 that is not even disclosed on their website. To ship the package back cost me also almost $8. So, I wasted $16 for nothing. Don’t even bother to buy anything from them.

Do not waste your money. I purchased a wig from them that looked nothing like what was on the website. What I received after waiting 6 weeks was a hideous greenish/gray costume wig. The cut on the wig was Choppy. It had 3 different uneven layers. You can’t return without calling first, but the number they provide is disconnected. Send an e=mail and they don’t respond. I have been trying for 2 months. Never, ever again.

After reading these horrible accounts with Wigsbuy, I too now wish I had looked up the company before buying. I have two wigs that I have tried to send back. Both were returned to me with the post office saying address does not exist!! Horrible company!! I won't even use PayPal any more.😑

This is the most despicable and dishonest company, remember you are dealing with China. I ordered a wig and it is unrecognizable to what I ordered. Totally disgusting! Looked like a fried out mess, total garbage. Tried to reach them over and over within one day of getting the product and they will not respond. Did a dispute with paypal and they couldn't reach then either and only gave $16 back on a $169 wig. Oh and definitely not a human hair wig at that...
