I recently ordered a wig from this company , I say recently , it was 2 and half months ago didn't receive anything . I've asked for refund , and they came back with if I order another one they will give me 8% discount within 30 days that was a month ago . I am now taking legal action to close this company down . They are scam artist from China. Please take notice of this they will rip you off . My family down in London are company barristers and are looking into this now.

This company is horrible. Not only did it take months to receive the product, it was of extremely poor quality and not even close to what I ordered. Additionally, wigsbuy erroneously charged my bank account for a wig I never ordered. Of all the items I have ordered online this is the worst site ever!!!!!

I wish I could show you a photo of the wig I got compared to the wig on the photo. What a scam!! Low quality.I can't return it and I can't use it. I am so angry at myself for trusting this company. Never again!!!

I ordered two supposedly human hair wigs from these people. Not only did it take over two months to arrive, the email correspondence with regards to where my wigs were was met with misdirection and lies. When they finally arrived, not only were they the absolute wrong wigs, but they weren't even human hair. Since I am a person that has bought wigs from other companies, I ALWAYS keep any email correspondence I have with a company. For some reason, ALL of the many correspondence that took place between me and this company has disappeared from my computer. Is that even possible? All I can say is BUYER BEWARE! It is only my hope that this supposed company gets the karma they deserve. I implore you to please not do business with this company and maybe we can put a dent in their pocketbook like they have ours

I am at wits end. I'm submitting my latest interaction with this company, which is an indication that they don't deserve the one Star. This is what's happening to me now: "Why are we going back and forth like this. You sent me the wrong wig!! Now you talk about size, which has nothing to do with the transaction! I've sent you almost $150.00. Now I'm supposed to return your error at my expense! I've already sent you additional postage fees to send me the correct wig. I now realize your way is to prolong the complaints until the buyers give up. I won't give up!! I wouldn't wear the wig you sent me, to the grocery store. Why didn't you tell me about the additional "partial payment" you indicate in red small print, to receive the correct wig, before I sent you additional money for postage that you requested? What is the partial payment for. Shame, shame on you!"

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this so called “company”. I received a wig - not the right color or style. I now find their phones and emails give you no help. Even although they are posted on the “return policy section” Will never order again from Wigsbuy. Too many other good companies out there. Ref. No. 12151799

They don’t even deserve one star...Zero is better !! Let me update you on Wigsbuy Scam .. Finally after three months of being scammed , my bank credited me the amount I paid...WellsFargo Fraud department is now aware of their scam I will not rest until this fraudulent entity is being sued for every penny they took from victims like us TO ALL VICTIMS ...be proactive !!!! report them to your area better business Bureau and th Federal Trade Commission ...If anyone decides to sue them ..I’m ready to testify

Absolutely disgusted! Ordered for my mum having chemo on 3rd June, came on 22nd July. It looks like a rag, very poor quality to look at and the feel of it.
