Attention ! Site à éviter à tout prix. Ce sont des arnaqueurs. J’ ai commandé une perruque qui m’ a couté 56.88€ plus les frais de douane de DHL (28.50€). Le tout donc à 85.38€. Seulement une fois payé les frais de douane, j’ ai reçu la perruque qui n’ a rien a voir avec l’ image qu’ il y avait dans le site. Perruque de couleur différente avec peu de mèches alors que la densité devait être de 120%, mèches coutres alors que la longueur était de 12 Inches. Les produits sont fait en Chine et pas aux Etats unis comme ils le font croire. Très mauvaise qualité, on perd les cheveux des le premier essai. Je déconseille vivement.

Attention! J'ai commandé plusieurs perruques que je n'ai jamais reçues, pourtant j'ai payé 76€ en frais de douanes... Le service après-vente a refusé de me rembourser.

I was just informed by a paypal rep that once the package reaches customs that the merchant has to pay to get their packages. Mine has been in China since the 25th of July. After constantly being told that I have to wait for them to actually get the package for a refund, I’m going to finally get my money back if they don’t respond within 72 hours. But I’m also ready to dispute as a fraudulent transaction because I’ve gotten all of their website info to show three different merchant names, not to mention the American address. Neither of the names on the site is what shows on my charge. Scam do not buy!

Horrible experience. The wig quality was terrible and customer service was worse. The wig was so bad it couldn't be worn at all. They literally offered me $1.04 refund, after I contacted paypal customer service, they increased the refund amount slightly. For a full refund I was required to pay for tracking and mail the wig back to China. If the wig was not received, there would be no refund. I'm sure the wig would somehow not have arrived since tracking is not available door to door from U.S. to China. A U.S. address is listed on their site, very misleading.. Do not buy from them!!!!!!

My wife ordered a wig from this website and I advise anyone hoping that the wig that you order I going to look anything like what you see on website be warned they do not .. Plus they say free pp but yet my wife had to pay £25 to parcel force to deliver it. A total scam DO NOT BUY FROM WIGSBUY

I ordered a wig from Wigsbuy who i believed to be an American company but it finally arrived from China weeks later . It is an average wig nothing special , the one i ordered is nothing like the one i received not in color or style and yes i will be asking wigsbuy to please explain

I received the "Jane Fonda" wig today and it is a complete disaster. It is just flat and nothing I do will bring it to life. Also, the color is much darker than what was on line. I will do my best to return it and hope I get my money back.
