This whole company a SCAM. They are set to scam you. They falsely advertise their products to make you think that the unit is virgin hair trust me don’t try to find out. If you already bought a unit I will advise you to take to someone that knows about units to tell you if it’s blended virgin hair or synthetic. The unit I bought was called amber and you could tell from far it was a wig.It just sat on top of the head it looked so dumb it was just a waste of money. 175.00 to be exact. Than they tried to bribe me with getting another one if I don’t want the 1st one what makes you think I want another whack wig. They will not take no for an answer when you try to return it. They will tell you it’s going to cost you a lot of money to send it back because their wig company is overseas. Avoid this site completely especially if you’re a first time buyer. Save your money.

WARNING DO NOT BUY This company is a fraud and a ripoff. They are in tandem the a company called DHL in the US. Many attempts were made to get our package. Wigsbuy kept passing the buck to DHL and that's where our package went missing/stolen. No refund and or they suggested they keep 50 of the 70 spent. F YOU GUYS

Please this write up goes as a warning to whoever is thinking of buying wig from wigsbuy.....please stay away from this people they are big frauds.I ordered on-line from them and was told after a month that they couldn't locate me and thereby has destroyed the wig without any recourse to the fact that I paid for the said item.I know it 's all a lie because the night they contacted me that my parcel is with DHL,the next morning I called DHL and they told me that the item has been destroyed. These people are the biggest frauds ever and do not even know how to plot their evil.I don't know if they are alone in this or in conniving with DHL.I had ordered before I saw reviews of their unscrupulous fraudulent acts.This people are in China not USA!

My experience has not been receptive since I received the wig after more than three months after ordering. It was the incorrect color, nothing of what I thought that I ordered. I have been waiting for over a week to try to return it, but no one would give me a return address. I was told that I had to pay a $15.00 return fee, and I agreed to pay it, but no one sent any simple instructions on how to pay the money. I sent the instructions to a computer geek, and she could not understand the instructions either. That being said, I can not reach anyone by phone, by live chat or by email that would help me to pay the fee, and then, get the address to return the wig. Now the wig does not look anything like the picture from which I purchased. It is poorly designed although I paid $191.00 for it. I suggest that you do not purchase from the company. There is no return address in the packet when the item arrived from China by DHL, which means that I return it.

It's been over 45 days and I have not received the wig. I did not know this company is in China or I would never have purchased. They gave me a tracking number that does not work and when I tried to get information regarding my order, it says I don't have any orders with them. They are refusing to give me a refund by saying the wig has shipped but their prior email said it would be shipped a different date. I will never purchase from this company again. Buyers beware. I wish that I could give a zero star.

This company is absolutely awful. I placed an order in early July having lost my hair due to chemotherapy and they took the money a few days later. We are now in October and as yet I have still not received the wig. I have emailed at least 10 times and am told to be patient and wait. Today I get a letter asking me for another £23 for import Vat and a clearance fee. They have to be joking. I have asked for a refund several times but get nowhere. These people are con artists and are obviously fraudulent. I should have read the reviews before I purchased as it sounds like no one is happy with their purchase. At least they received it. Do not under any circumstances purchase anything from this company. I paid the import tax and finally received the wig. It is absolutely awful. Badly made and not at all like the picture. Be warned.

I ordered Natural Looking African American Women's Kinky Curly Human Hair Lace Front Cap Wigs in 1B/30 color and absolutely love it. The hair is silky soft, the hairline is among the most natural I've ever seen and customer service responded to all of my questions quickly.

I wish I could add a photo to show what I ordered and what I received after months of waiting. I couldn’t wait to receive my “Gabrielle Union” wig. What I received was a wig that appears to come off of a scare crow. Wigsbuy did email me periodically about the delay and asked if I would rather have a refund in lieu of waiting. As I really wanted the wig I elected to wait. Had I known they would be sending me any old wig they found I would have taken the refund... $300 later for a wig that I would not have paid $20 for. So disappointed.
