After ordering wigs from 2 other companies I was so disgusted that I decided to not order wigs any more, but someone told me about wigs.com and the time they take with their customers, fast shipping.My wig came in 2 days.Since I was not going to order any more wigs I was hesitating to open my package,I ordered the Ignite by Jon Renau in Palm Springs blonde, after finally opening the box my face lit up,it's just beautiful and so nicely and carefully packagedI am now your customer forever.Thank You Is there any way I can send a picture of me in my wig? The Spring HI wig arrived in a timely manner and beautifully boxed. Unfortunately was little too short for me so I had to return it but the wig was very beautiful..

The only reason I gave Wigs.com a 4-start rating rather than a 5 is because of the return shipping fees. The shipping fee to deliver the wig to me was $13, whereas the return fee was $25. It advertises no re-stocking fee but makes up for it with the return shipping charges.

Hi Vicki, We apologize for any confusion with refunds. We don't have any restocking fees that we deduct. The only money not refunded is shipping costs. The shipping to you, and if you use our pre-paid return label, that return shipping cost is deducted. We hope this helps clarify your refund.
