Horrible change to Hairdo trendy wrap. Completely different in style and color. More like doll hair and top portion is curly. Long pieces are straggly and thinner. I believe the Hairdo brand has changed this because another I bought is completely different in color too. They are much lighter and more uniform in color. Unusable.

The company did great but the wig had to be returned because it didnt have the correct style. I appreciate how efficiently the company helped me return the wig with the refund to follow.

DO NOT even consider this company! I ordered my first ever wig, Straight Up With a Twist, from wigs.com. I was so disappointed when I tried it on. The texture was awful and the "lace" front was dry and crackly. I immediately packaged it up to return. Later I received an email saying I was ineligible for a refund because the wig was "damaged." Of course it was damaged... that's why I returned it! Even worse, without even consulting me they shipped the wig back to me at an address where I no longer reside! I tried to call customer service on Wednesday afternoon in the middle of the day and was told by the automated message that no one was available to speak to me. I sent emails both to wigs.com and beautyandhair.com. It has been 2 days and I have not heard back from either of them. I tried to call customer service again today at 3:45 p.m. CST and the automated message said the team was "in a brief meeting." It's closing time on Friday and still no response. I've been ripped off for $343.69, and now have to spend time and energy to report this issue to my bank, the Better Business Bureau and the State Attorney General. Someone has to report these issues, or others will continue to get ripped off. I wish I had read more reviews before I ordered from them in the first place.

They Changed the factory that makes Top Billing by Raquel Welch. Several people also stated this in their reviews. It's not the same quality and looks more fake.

Worst online experience I’ve ever had. I had a colonoscopy last month and it was much more fun. The AI bots over at Wigs.com will say some garbage about how they want to help me but can’t find my order. Strange because my card was charged $1200 and I got shipping info when the wigs were put in the mail. Oh THEN I got an email saying they were stopping the order and having the items shipped back to them. But they still can’t find my order. Oh, also, they do thing thing where they claim you’ll get free shipping but that’s not the default setting. If you actually want free shipping you have to deselect the shipping or you will be charged. AND they claim the shipping charge expedites the order but it took ten days to get them in the mail. A friend had free shipping and got hers in two days. So if you want to deal with these people beware of two things. Make sure you deselect shipping charges or you’ll not get free shipping (even if you spent $1200 like I did) AND they have this other BS about paying extra to “protect” your order during shipping. That’s called INSURANCE and its included in UPS packages. If UPS loses the package the will reimburse Wigs.com so there is no reason to pay for protection. That’s between wigs and UPS. Also use a credit card. I know I’ll get my money back but it’s annoying to have to deal with this.

Terrible customer service. I scheduled a consultation and the person that was supposed to do it never came to the zoom meeting. I called customer service number and was on hold for over an hour, never heard from them. I’m a newbie in the wig world and have a ton of questions and concerns. I will not be buying from wigs.com again. It’s a shame too because I love a ton of wigs on there and am willing to buy , but just don’t have the support I need from them.
