The ponytail clip quality ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️is great but I bought 3 of them trying to get a decent match to my hair color and none look right.

This is the first time I have ordered from the company and I was very pleased with their patience in completing the order and then the return process.

I wish that they could ship earlier. You take our money but shipping takes so long

Great follow up from your group, very much felt cared for. Just wanted a wig that apparently does not exist. Simmer in shaded biscuit without perma tease. I believe called Elite but not avail.
Response from Wigs.com – The Wig Experts™Oct 6, 2026
Chery, We are happy to hear that our team provided caring follow-up. Thank you for your review. We note your interest in a non-permatease Simmer in Shaded Biscuit and will share your style preference with our product team.

I love thick wigs with tons of curl. This wig is most times that. It is easy to just put on and wear. Love the color I have been getting too. Thanks for always taking time to give me just that. I do feel great wearing the Jessica by Estetica.

I like the Hollie wig other than I find the bottom by the nape to be sparse, to me that is when the wig appears to look fake. I notice that on a lot of wigs. I am looking to purchase another wig, but I’m having trouble because of the sparse nape. The color Midnight Cocoa is beautiful! Also, I find that the shipping takes long. I’m willing to pay for Next Day Air, but it really isn’t Next Day Air. Next Day Air means you get it the Next Day! So why pay for that service when you’re not receiving your package the Next Day!
Response from Wigs.com – The Wig Experts™Sep 8, 2026
Michele M, We appreciate your detailed feedback on the Hollie wig and the beautiful Midnight Cocoa color. We understand your concern regarding the density at the nape, and we recognize how this can impact the natural appearance of a wig. We are always looking for ways to improve our products, and your comments are valuable in that process. We also acknowledge your frustration with the shipping time for Next Day Air. We understand that when you select an expedited service, you expect to receive your order within the specified timeframe. We are actively reviewing our shipping processes to ensure they align with the expectations set for our customers.
