Canadian duty charge
My concern is only that I bought the wig on sale but the package label gave full price value so I had to pay $150 in duty. I will probably return the wig but I can’t get that $150 back and it will prevent me from ordering another wig.

Hi Amy, We apologize for what happened. We left you a message offering to send you the packing slip indicating your discounted price. We are hopeful Canada will reimburse you for the difference. We are working on this and hope to have a resolution shortly.
