The website was fine but I ordered the GPS tracker with a grey collar a week ago and have still not received any notification that the item has shipped. That seems excessive for a small item that is in stock. Also, there should have been options for shipping - not just standard shipping.

my last whistle had to be replaced twice. I am hoping the upgrades on this one and the longer battery life will be the improvements I need to make the product perfect. I do NOT mind paying more for longer batter life and a unit that is more durable.

Communicated twice via live chat. Both times the wait was a bit long. During the first chat, the rep said I would receive an email with a discount link. Email was not received. Second chat resulted in the link being provide during the session and I was able to place order with the discount coupon.
