When the Whistle works, it works well. However, this is my third tracker with them in the last 4 years. Their warranty really needs to be for two years.

Whistle has really helped us. Our dog used to be a master escape artist (and still would like to be!), so knowing where she is is a necessity.

Selection is limited as to colors, collars, and accessories. Besides that, effective way to check out. If rating by stars, then 4 stars.

My whistle died abruptly and I recieved a coupon code to purchase another one. Two days later I went to use the code and it didn’t work. I had to wait for an email response with and updated code. I purchased the whistle on Sunday afternoon with USPS with 2-3 day shipping (which leaves enough time for it it arrive prior to Labor Day. It’s now Thursday night and my order hasn’t been shipped and I will have to travel away without location services for me dog. I ordered a new collar from wilderdog AFTER purchasing this whistle and my collar was shipped in a timely and it already on my dog. Why does it take a business 4+ days to put a box in the mail? Not sure I will continue to use this product/company after the issues I have had in the last two weeks. In reply: yes the coupon worked after I had to contact whistle for a second time. When I purchased the whistle on Sunday there was no delay listed on the GRAY. There was on the green and pink. I can see there is now but there was NOT on Sunday. You can also see on my chat with customer service that they also said green and pink had a delay but not the gray.

I ordered a new Whistle and 6 days still on shipping info. Website and confirmation say in stock but nothing.
