The app lags tracking. For instance, my partner who is registered under a parent took our dog for a walk, but it never notified me that he was away from the house. I just thought it was because he was registered as a parent. However now we are out of town and our sitter takes him for a walk but we aren’t notified until 5 - 7 mins into their walk. Seriously reconsidering this product.

So I originally gave a 3 star review because the discount code I tried to enter didn't work. Still I ordered the collar. Then I was contacted by Whistle's support team and guess what? I was using another company's discount code. I am so sorry for my error, and can tell you first hand that Whistle's customer service is timely, personal, professional, and kind. Sorry again, guys, and can't wait for my little Cody's collar to arrive. .

Thought we were gonna get the whistle in 1-3 shipping days and then found out that it actual takes 12-14 business days to ship it. Kind of misleading.
