My whisper kool was delivered with 2 parts missing. An internal switch and the bottle probe, for which I had to pay for! After 3 visits by contractor it was finally running. Then a part shorts out inside and we’re calling whisper kool again. This machine has not lived up to the lofty standards the company advertises.
