Bought an Extreme 8000ti direct from manufacturer to replace a 20 year old Whisperkool unit. Installation couldn’t have been easier. This new model is so much quieter and more efficient. My 1500 cubic foot cellar is perfectly maintained, at a reduced energy cost.

WhisperKool responded quickly to an emergency “chiller down” situation. Processed and shipped a replacement unit (the old one was 12 years old) in one day and the unit fit perfectly. The only snag was the shipping company who promised to deliver in the morning but showed up at 3 PM.
