I absolutely love my platform set-up! There was a learning curve for me and my 2025 LC as they still were only just making this model available and some instructions were for the 4Runner of the previous year and I can be a bit slow 🤣 W&Fs had email correspondence and even a phone call to help me figure out the issue and even sent me another slide in case it was their fault and not mine. Excellent customer service. EXCELLENT product. I've used it many times and it's also a 16 year boy and myself when my kid and I go camping and still leaves room for the dogs to ride which worried me since the battery sits up a bit already. Roomy, sturdy, customizable. Recommend!

i’ve shot myself in the foot by not reading the reddit reviews and instead the fake IG reviews and went on to buy drawers for my new 4runner 2024. this company is known for terrible delay in service and parts missing/damaged and just ignoring you. i’ve emailed them times about updates regarding shipment. finally got a response saying it would ship 8/1. my order was placed 3 months ago on 5/2. i requested a refund. I have yet to hear from them. i got in contact with my attorney who they’ll be hearing from soon. only giving 1 star for the sake of posting this review. please save yourself the headache and give your money to someone else who will be honest and give the a decent service.

I placed order #4629 with WheelsFeels on August 16, 2026, for approximately €800. The following day, well within the 5-business-day cancellation period stated in their policy, I emailed requesting cancellation of the order and a full refund to the original payment method. It has now been two days and I have received no reply or confirmation that order #4629 has been cancelled. Given the amount involved, I find the lack of communication concerning. I am still hoping WheelsFeels will respond promptly, cancel the order, and process the refund as requested. If the matter is not resolved, I will have to consider disputing the charge with American Express. I will update this review depending on how the situation is handled.

Really happy with my new drawer system from Wheels and Feels! Installation was quick, the build quality is great, and everything came out super clean. I love the simple design—it looks great and fits the setup perfectly. Definitely happy with how it turned out!

Delivery took a little longer than promised but I feel it was worth the wait. Living near Houston I was able to swing by their shop for a free install. Everyone there from the installer to the sales staff were polite and professional. As a bonus they have a very handsome cat who I believe runs the place. The drawer system is well designed and built. It really adds to the utility of my 2026 subaru outback. Thanks for a positive experience.

I cannot comment on the product because I still have not received it despite 1) being past the advertised production and delivery time, 2) following up through every means possible short of showing up at their door, 3) being told it was “shipping out this week” (over a week ago). I see reviews where people who have actually received this product seem to like it, but those people are far outnumbered by people who had to cancel due to delays, people deeply frustrated with customer service unresponsiveness or excuses, people who received damaged or incomplete products, etc. I truly wish I had read all of these reviews before I jumped at a great deal. If you don’t mind waiting 6-12 months for delivery (I have personally connected with people in this boat), it MAY be worth it but my advice is to spend a couple hundred bucks more and go with the competition. There are more and more companies providing this service. I feel certain those companies provide a much better customer service experience because the bar with Wheels & Feels could not be any lower. They have a lot of excuses (and I’ve seen some familiar ones repeated across this site alone), but no follow through, no proactive communication, no commitment to their customers. I am about two weeks out from a 6-month car camping trip. I have no time to prep and no confidence I’ll get the product I paid for. Honestly it feels very fishy. BBB rating is C-

I really enjoy my product. I emailed the company after the 6 week wait mark for production and was told on several different occasions that my product was next in line and would ship soon. that unfortunately didn't happen but I was understanding. I receive an email from the company explaining to their customers of the production and shipping delay. however after the 10 week mark responses were a longer wait than expected. I finally received my product after 4 to 5 month wait. the instructions were mostly helpful. I had to dremal the openings bigger to the main platform for the base to fit but other than that it is great and I am very very happy with my purchase!! I enjoy all the storage components and that the sleeping platform is low enough it makes it easier to get in and out of while also having good storage and I love the easy access of taking in and out if I don't need the system.

I placed an order for a drawer system for a Toyota 4Runner. The order was placed on May 7, 2026. Based on information in the confirmation email the order was to be delivered in 6 - 8 weeks. It is now 13 weeks past expected delivery and I can not get a firm date. Interactions with customer service have always been pleasant, still no committed date. The purchase was to make packing for an upcoming trip easier, however the needed date is approaching rapidly.
