No product, but eventual refund.
This is written February 2025. I ordered a RAV4 drawer system in May of 2024. My card was charged but I never received the product. I contacted them a few times and was assured all was well. They even called me once to apologize for the delay and a story about being a young company and not having their email accounts in order. After three months I canceled the order and requested my money back. I did receive a refund from them Feb 2025 after posting a review of the company. I think they are honestly trying to fulfill orders, but have more than they can easily produce. If you purchase from them, I would suggest calling and verifying stock availability first.
