I placed an order for a drawer system for a Toyota 4Runner. The order was placed on May 7, 2026. Based on information in the confirmation email the order was to be delivered in 6 - 8 weeks. It is now 13 weeks past expected delivery and I can not get a firm date. Interactions with customer service have always been pleasant, still no committed date. The purchase was to make packing for an upcoming trip easier, however the needed date is approaching rapidly.

Well, to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I paid for quicker processing/shipping time. Reached out after a week to ask about it and they told me it would ship 6/1 and I would receive notice. On 6/3 I reached out, next day got an answer it shipped. Small obstacle, no biggie. Received the packages with QR code for video instructions that are clearly for an earlier model 4 runner and I have the 6th gen. I emailed asking if there was a printable copy rather than me replaying and watching parts of the video repeatedly, no answer. There are no part numbers for all the little wooden pieces so I have to go back and repeat clips of the video repeatedly as they fly by on the screen to try to see what part it is and the orientation of how it needs to be laid out. This led to several attempts before I got the orientation right on the drawer base pieces. Back to the wrong model instructions. The video shows taking bolts out of the tie downs in the hatch to bolt down the drawer base. The 6th gen doesn't have that, so how I will secure this thing down is still a mystery. I'm to the pull out lids/top deck where the vertical limiters should be installed and it really seems like I should be using the shorter screws so people don't scrape their fingers up on the inside of the drawer, but there is no instruction. Product material- fair to say it's IKEA or lesser quality veneered plywood/particleboard that is certainly not going to last forever and I have serious concern that if anything gets damp (ya know, having a sink and all with camping) that there will be warping and damage. Pretty disappointed for spending almost 2k on this after several weeks at looking at all the options. I read this was supposed to be modeled after the IKEA products that are ready to throw together. Y'all really embraced that with the incredibly poor instructions.

Good luck, folks. Website says 5-6 weeks to ship. I am currently on week FOURTEEN and all I receive are occasional lies telling me my order in "on pace" to ship any day (which NEVER happens). I ordered in winter to ASSURE delivery before the Spring travel season. NO IDEA if I will EVER receive this product. My advice - DO NOT PURCHASE from this company...

Bought the portable kitchen from them and it was shipped without instructions. Sent a email and talked with somebody on phone. I was told they would give me a call back and still haven't had a call or email to discuss questions I had about it. I have put it together but still had a few questions with some of the stuff it came with. Was going to get a drawer for other jeep but will be looking at another product. Thanks for all the non help.

I'll start with what's right: the car camping platform and drawer for my 2019 Subaru Forester was easy to install and functions brilliantly! But what went wrong: the 60 day lead time was delayed by two weeks due to production issues then 2 more weeks due to a warehouse fire. When my order finally did arrive (randomly, they were supposed to send a tracking number when it sent and that never happened), literally one day before our road trip, it contained about 75% of the setup I ordered. The other 25%, the platform extension that lets you actually SLEEP on the platform, never arrived and they didn't even know it was never sent. After multiple emails, texts, and calls the final pieces were sent, but to the wrong address, and after we had left on the road trip. I spent $100 to fabricate the missing pieces myself just so I could use the car camping setup on my trip. The customer service rep was very nice, but ultimately their company's communication structure made our conversations terribly inefficient borderline useless. Before purchasing, I reached out to Wheelfeels due to their bad reviews on Trustpilot. Victoria personally reassured me they were a trustworthy company, and I took her at her word—my mistake. I ordered in January, spending over $1,000, and it’s now March with ongoing issues. My shipment was missing screws and a manual, which I had to request separately. They also forgot the sleep system I paid extra for. When I finally assembled everything, the screws provided weren’t even long enough to bolt it to my vehicle. For the amount I paid, I expected far better service and attention to detail. Instead, their slow and dismissive customer support has made resolving these issues incredibly frustrating. At this point, they only respond once a day, dragging the process out unnecessarily. If they can’t meet demand or properly support customers, they should pause operations until they can. Unfortunately, I trusted their reassurances, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend Wheelfeels.

Edit: Make sure to read my dates, then double check the company's reply. They arranged for the replacement at the beginning of May. I didn't see it when I posted the review in August. The refund was issued in July without notifying me, but it didn't go through until after correspondence in September. I only saw action after my bad review, not when I reached out several times and they were not proactive when they knew my order would be delayed. Updated to 2 stars because I did get replacement and a refund. More information and pictures can be found by searching "XL Heavy-duty Tailgate table. No drilling!" This company should not get your business. They do not make products with a decent turnaround time. When there are problems, they do not update the customer. Refunds and exchanges are difficult. Avoid. March 10 - Ordered a tailgate table March 31 - Shipped April 11 - Delivered April 12 - Opened package, took pictures of damage, installed table April 27 - Used it for lunch and the wood snapped while gently closing it; contacted for help May 1 - My repairs didn't work; requested replacement under warranty May 13 - "We plan to ship a new table to you by the end of the week." June 3 - I requested info (no reply) June 10 - Again, requested help June 12 - "... and will send you a replacement this Friday." Followups throughout June and it's now August.

I had a mixed experience with this company and their Rav4 drawer system. Communication was very poor. The product did not ship on time. When I emailed them to ask what the ETA was going to be, I got silence. When I called the phone number and it was disconnected, I thought I had been scammed. But soon later they shipped my product. When it arrived, it was damaged with major scratches on the top (most visible) surface. Some of the pre-drilled holes were off by an inch or so, causing me to have to drill extra holes. The quality of the wood is not good and it is splintering in places. The good part: Despite the poor quality parts that look like they are falling apart, I do actually like the product. I complained and they responded by sending me a bunch of free stuff including a table and sleeping platform and $100. That was enough to leave me happy enough and I almost gave them more stars. However the extra parts I got for free came with no instructions and when I emailed them a question about their assembly, I simply never got an answer. It amazes me how terrible they are at communicating. But at least they aren't a scam.
