Wheels & FeelsReviews of wheelsfeels.com

Good luck ever receiving any kind of communication or confirmation from this company. Follow your gut with all of the negative reviews. There's a reason the price is half of similar operations. Phone, email, instagram, facebook. They will not respond to any questions, concerns, orders, etc. I eventually had to dispute my purchase with my credit card company to get my money back. I can only assume the entire website and all videos are an AI generated scam.

My husband and I sent you guys an email with a complaint to the better business bureau. Check the order under P Panugaling that you have never shipped out and never refunded. we demand a resolution on this. Your customer service and lack of organization is disgustingly blatant. Check your email and check my husband's order number and the receipt of his payment through paypal

I placed my order with Wheels & Feels Inc. in April 2026, and it is now mid-October 2026. I have been waiting for six full months, and I still have not received my item. Because of this massive delay, I reached out to customer service to request a full refund. Unfortunately, the company has completely ignored my requests and is refusing to respond to my emails. Taking a customer's money and providing neither the product nor communication for half a year is completely unacceptable. I demand that Wheels & Feels Inc. contacts me immediately to process my full refund.

Where to start, this drawer has been amazing since the day I installed it. I’ve had it for a little over a year now and it’s holding up great. The size and weight capability are perfect and it all works so smoothly. It fits like if it was oem and cut with precision. Doesn’t rattle at all while I’m driving on dirt roads too. It’s also been a great platform to continue designing the rear of my wrangler.

Very disappointing experience with Wheels & Feels. I ordered on 9/10 and paid an additional fee for expedited service. Despite repeated calls, texts, emails, voicemails, and Instagram messages, getting a meaningful update has been extremely difficult. Wheels & Feels eventually confirmed in writing that my order would ship on or before 10/1. It is now 10/3, and I still have no tracking number, shipping confirmation, or explanation for the missed date. I understand production delays happen, especially with a small business, but communication should not require this much effort—particularly after paying extra for expedited service. I have retained documentation of the entire timeline and am still hoping the company resolves this promptly.

I’ve been looking for a platform like this, and coming across Wheels Feels, It seemed like a no-brainer. Fits perfectly, easy installation, and when I had a question about adding an accessory, their response was near instant. Definitely happy with my purchase. No more wondering if I have everything I need, it’s all at hand and out-of-the-way.

The company was super awesome and very accommodating. I need the system quickly and was driving across country and they were so great that they installed the system for me when we went through Houston. I even had to change the date a couple of times and they were so quick to respond and work everything out. The system it self is really awesome well made and creates so much more space in my 2 dr bronco that it is very comfortable sleeping in it and that includes a refrigerator and power station plus what someone would need to live in the road for 6 weeks. And my miniature dachshund thinks it’s awesome too :).

Bought my drawer for my Bronco May 3rd and didn't get my drawers until mid September after making a dispute with PayPal. The item comes but was missing 300 dollars of accessories purchased with the drawer. I called, text, and emailed constantly and get no response back. Stay away from this company and buy elsewhere. I have an open dispute with my CC company for the missing items. They will make your life a living nightmare and not worth the time or effort! Be warned!!!
