I definitely give this four stars but let me explain a bit. The price cannot be beat for the product in the end once it’s installed it fits like a glove, it’s so cool, functional, truly made for your vehicle. The one caveat that lost a star was just some hiccups on the way. The company is Texas owned and ran and not sure how big they truly are but the popularity seems to be growing and caused the timeline to be stretched a little farther than I initially anticipated. Communication had some hiccups to understand the timeline of my order but they really did respond with urgency and grace to myself being frustrated and just inpatient to receive the product once the initial shipping timeline passed. I think they have since worked out some of the bugs causing those issues which makes me confident to write this honest review that, sometimes you need to be a little patient with smaller local companies but I promise you it’s worth it. I cannot wait to adventure with this product in my vehicle.

I was getting ready to sell my house and go travel for 6 months, so I wanted a way to haul stuff securely and not have to tie down a bunch of bins. I came across this option, and I called a couple times with questions about how it anchored in, how it put together, etc…. MAN, those 10” drawers hold a LOT!!! I ended up taking way too much stuff with me but alas hahahaha I also opted for the sleeping platform (no extensions bc i dont think id need them). I have a 4Runner so if you do the platform on both sides thatd be huge. I have a dog kennel that i put antiskid tape on the bottom, and actually stuck it on the top of the platform board too, and that held the kennel very securely with my strap. With dog hair, I opted not to get the black felt topping but needed some grip. I love how easy it is to assemble and install. And upon returning back home, i took it out for less weight for a bit and just kept the one drawer in. I carry a small stand up jack and tools and air compressor, so its really handy having them stored in a drawer vs being projectiles if i slam the brakes or gods forbid in a wreck. Customer service was great and they were able to get my system to me in time before leaving for my trip. Ive been debating if i wanna get the 5” drawer for one side so my kennel sits lower when all of it is installed, but we’ll see. Great, sturdy, secure product!!

Update: I filed a complaint with the BBB and the company gave me a refund within a day. If you’re waiting on a refund and it’s been a couple of months, do that. Stole my money. I bought a drawer for my Jeep and no longer needed it. I asked to cancel four times but they never responded to my emails and calls. They sent me the package and I asked to send it back. They finally responded and said yes and gave me a return slip. It’s been over 2 1/2 months and I never receive a cent back for my refund despite returning it fully intact in the original package. Do not buy from them if there is any chance you may return it.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my experience has been frustrating. I attempted to cancel my order before it shipped and sent three emails over the course of a week with no response. I also reached out through Instagram because I couldn’t get a reply through email. When you’re spending over 1K on a product, you expect at least basic communication and order updates. The lack of response made it very difficult to get assistance with a simple cancellation request.

Received my RAV $ Drawer System 10 weeks after ordering vs quote of 5-6. Im in the UK so was really cautious about the transaction as there would be little I could do if problems arise. The agent on the instagram chat was great very quick to reply very quick to offer advice and guidance in getting my order created for me. I was happy and placed the order. That was when the problems started - Delayed shipping was the first along with total lack of correspondence again being from the UK I needed to speak to them and emails were ignored, insta chats seen and not replied to. Eventually the complete camping system arrived via UPS, I understood there was a UK VAT charge and paid £160. Upon opening the package I suddenly realised components were missing that I had ordered. I managed to speak with Zoe who assured me a further package was arriving the following day. It did in fact arrive but I was also presented with a second UK VAT bill for £160. This was due to the packaging of the item being incorrectly marked for customs as it showed the total value of the product on both boxes and did not indicate that it was package 1 of 2 for example. Upon opening the second package again parts were missing. I was furious. Contacted them again via email and received an email form Anton the sales manager who offered to refund the second VAT charge and send the missing goods out to me. Wonderfull I thought. However several days passed and no refund, no further confirmation from them, no reply from my emails requesting updates. Eventually I had to open a PAYPAL dispute and funnily enough they responded to that as pay pal were holding the full payment. They gave me a partial refund for the VAT charge £160 and a further £40 for the missing table top parts. I have now had to find a local carpenter to make the table top for me. Ive been very disappointed by the complete lack of customer service, missing parts incorrect shipping. Customer service is non existent and when you do reach someone no resolution comes from it. Just more frustration. Was lured in by their paid advertising and paid reviews. Highly recommended you don’t make the same mistake as I did. Buy elsewhere. It's not worth the stress.

I have a 3rd row 5th Gen 4runner that I needed a drawer/sleeping platform for. Lets just say I didn’t know I needed a drawer system until I got this. First trip was 4 nights at Overland West in Flagstaff AZ. It worked perfectly. I used the drawers a lot as I ordered it with the kitchen setup. Customer service was great as Rob and Victoria were awesome to deal with. Ive actually recommended it to another 4runner owner who is now going to order one.

Same as everyone else here. 14 weeks, no customer service responses, etc... Texas AG Office, File a Consumer Report

Well, to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I paid for quicker processing/shipping time. Reached out after a week to ask about it and they told me it would ship 6/1 and I would receive notice. On 6/3 I reached out, next day got an answer it shipped. Small obstacle, no biggie. Received the packages with QR code for video instructions that are clearly for an earlier model 4 runner and I have the 6th gen. I emailed asking if there was a printable copy rather than me replaying and watching parts of the video repeatedly, no answer. There are no part numbers for all the little wooden pieces so I have to go back and repeat clips of the video repeatedly as they fly by on the screen to try to see what part it is and the orientation of how it needs to be laid out. This led to several attempts before I got the orientation right on the drawer base pieces. Back to the wrong model instructions. The video shows taking bolts out of the tie downs in the hatch to bolt down the drawer base. The 6th gen doesn't have that, so how I will secure this thing down is still a mystery. I'm to the pull out lids/top deck where the vertical limiters should be installed and it really seems like I should be using the shorter screws so people don't scrape their fingers up on the inside of the drawer, but there is no instruction. Product material- fair to say it's IKEA or lesser quality veneered plywood/particleboard that is certainly not going to last forever and I have serious concern that if anything gets damp (ya know, having a sink and all with camping) that there will be warping and damage. Pretty disappointed for spending almost 2k on this after several weeks at looking at all the options. I read this was supposed to be modeled after the IKEA products that are ready to throw together. Y'all really embraced that with the incredibly poor instructions.
