I really enjoy my product. I emailed the company after the 6 week wait mark for production and was told on several different occasions that my product was next in line and would ship soon. that unfortunately didn't happen but I was understanding. I receive an email from the company explaining to their customers of the production and shipping delay. however after the 10 week mark responses were a longer wait than expected. I finally received my product after 4 to 5 month wait. the instructions were mostly helpful. I had to dremal the openings bigger to the main platform for the base to fit but other than that it is great and I am very very happy with my purchase!! I enjoy all the storage components and that the sleeping platform is low enough it makes it easier to get in and out of while also having good storage and I love the easy access of taking in and out if I don't need the system.

I definitely give this four stars but let me explain a bit. The price cannot be beat for the product in the end once it’s installed it fits like a glove, it’s so cool, functional, truly made for your vehicle. The one caveat that lost a star was just some hiccups on the way. The company is Texas owned and ran and not sure how big they truly are but the popularity seems to be growing and caused the timeline to be stretched a little farther than I initially anticipated. Communication had some hiccups to understand the timeline of my order but they really did respond with urgency and grace to myself being frustrated and just inpatient to receive the product once the initial shipping timeline passed. I think they have since worked out some of the bugs causing those issues which makes me confident to write this honest review that, sometimes you need to be a little patient with smaller local companies but I promise you it’s worth it. I cannot wait to adventure with this product in my vehicle.

I had a great experience with the ordering and installation. When I needed some help with assembly their customer service was very responsive and helpful. I have been quite happy with my system; I have found that the materials aren't super durable and therefore there has been some warping and damage from use. However, on the whole I would recommend these systems, especially if you have a 4runner with the sliding cargo carrier since there are very few solutions available for that model.

A friend of mine referred me here. I was on the wait list and it took some time before I received my drawer. The set up was fine for the budget and I did DIY thing. Love the flow though some screws were hard to cooperate 😅.

I just received the storage for my jeep JL4xe today. Shipping was delayed but W&F reached out to me to say it shipped late because the ups driver never stopped that day. UPS wasn't great at keeping their tracking straight but I received it today rather than 3 days ago.W&F have been very responsive so far and the system is packaged very well. I painted all the parts and read through the directions. I thought I understood them but they are very confusing. I got the drawer and the box assembled but the top with hinges is very confusing the pre drilled holes in the back of the box are 1/16th " from the edge so the screws broke through I got frustrated but I think I got it to hold. Again the instructions are not good. Finally. figured it out. The directions really need help. The carpet is great and easy to install with patience cutting. Overall it great. I would give it a 5+ if the directions were better

The group who designed the product, hats off to the team for the wonderful engineering design. However, there are some minor improvements that will make the product a little better. I have communicated it to them. Hopefully, those will be addressed. I had issue with UPS losing the product. Initially it was little harder to get hold of customer sale representative. May be they are short staffed but once Anton got it under his wings, he went above and beyond and fixed it. A replacement was also sent and some discount was given for the trouble I had to face. I am very happy with the final outcome specially how flat it turned out to be to sleep. Adds a lot of versatility without reducing the seating capacity of the vehicle. I recommend this product. I will consider this company again if I bought another vehicle for similar products.
