Was excited to get a hand painted photo of the dog. ITS NOT! It’s just a printable version of the photo that was submitted. There’s nothing hand painted. the vinyl like photo peeled off within 2 days of use. Waste of money.

Amazing customer service! The first print did not come out as expected and they fixed it right away, letting me approve before finalizing. They also replaced a mug that was thrown out by the post office. A wonderful way to remember our beloved family dog. I have recommended to everyone I know!!

While I love the product itself, the lack of communication and the lack of response when I ask for an update on my order, is really frustrating. I placed an order for three items and I can’t tell what is happening with the one that has not arrived yet. I’ve emailed 3 times and while I’ve received close to 20 advertising emails, I can’t can a response regarding whether my last item is coming. It makes me hesitant to refer others, which is frustrating because the product is so wonderful.

Very impressed with the customer service of West & Willow. I was not completely satisfied with my first order and they did everything they could to ensure my satisfaction. Communication was excellent and I was very satisfied with the second order. I would definitely buy more artwork from this company again. Love our pup portraits!

I received my framed art print as a gift from my kids. I absolutely love the likeness to my fur baby, Gunner! The quality and framing are very nice too.
